Very unhappy customer
Order arrived a day late, if stated delivery would not take place I would not have placed the order in the first place. Should have been cancelled, bad service I would not be recommending or using this service again. The lady who the flowers was going to is a widow and the flowers were very sensitive.

Great service
I live in UK and have ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to my daughter who is based in Dubai with her work. It was super easy to make the order online and it was delivered in a couple of hours.
I highly recommend them.

I’ve had bad experiences with ordering flowers online, but this was seamless. Quick, helpful and most importantly the support was like I was talking to a human, not corporate nonsense. Delivery was on time and the bouquet was beautiful

The flowers were very expensive and the bouquet was much smaller than those pictured. I felt misled and was embarrassed to have sent a bouquet that didn’t reflect the received and what I wished to convey
