Typewise Arvostelua 

Wir haben diverse Produkte von Typewise im Einsatz: Einerseits die Browser Extension, Chatbot und eine Lösung für Serviceoptimierung. Unsere Erfahrungen mit Typewise sind ausgezeichnet. Die pragmatische Herangehensweise, das Interesse und die Lösungsorientierung ist äusserst Kundenfreundlich und fördernd für das Geschäft. Wir fühlen uns durchgehend gut betreut. Das Produkt hilft uns in der täglichen Arbeit enorm.

Wir arbeiten seit Jahren mit Typewise zusammen. Neben der Software schätze ich vor allem die Art der Zusammenarbeit.

Gerade bei Fehlern, Problemen oder neuen Anforderungen habe ich selten einen Anbieter erlebt, der so offen, pragmatisch und entgegenkommend agiert. Man hat nie das Gefühl, mit einem Thema allein gelassen zu werden. Stattdessen wird gemeinsam nach einer Lösung gesucht.

Dazu kommt, dass sich die Software kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt und Kundenfeedback sichtbar in die Weiterentwicklung einfließt. Man merkt, dass Anregungen aus der Praxis ernst genommen werden und nicht einfach in einer Schublade verschwinden.

Die Zusammenarbeit ist unkompliziert, verlässlich und macht einfach Spaß.

Das Aufsetzen der Plattform erfolgte schnell und gemeinsam wurden Lösungen gefunden, erste Learnings genutzt und für die weitere Skalierung genutzt.
Das Aufsetzen der Spezialisten kann, ohne signifikante Erfahrung erfolgen und auch hier führen erste persönliche Learnings zu einer Verbesserung der Lösungsquote.
Mit der neuen Funktion der "Nova" ist für den Admin leichter geworden Tickets und Funktionen zu analysieren und die Automatisierung weiter auszubauen/ zu verbessern

Zum zweiten Mal wird die Pro Version abgeschaltet. Dies obwohl ich das Abo erneuert habe. Auf dreimaliges Reklamieren wird nicht geantwortet. Ich werde das Abo annullieren und den bezahlten Betrag zurück fordern. Fazit: Finger weg von dieser App. Total unzuverlässig.

Het is heel even wennen maar heb je het eenmaal in de vingers wil je nooit meer anders.
Ergerlijk dat b.v. mijn Bank ING het niet ondersteund.
Het werkt trefzeker en véél sneller dan een 'normaal' toetsenbord.

Ich habe mir die Offline-Version der Tastatur-App gekauft, nachdem ich zuvor die 7-tägige Testzeit intensiv mit dem Lernen Der App verbracht habe. Wenn man einen gewissen Punk der Gewöhnung erreicht hat, möchte man diese Tastatur nicht mehr missen. Allerdings muss man es auch bis dahin schaffen. Nach Installation der App war für ein paar Tage der Akkuverbrauch recht hoch. Das Problem hat sich dann jedoch von alleine behoben. 30€ im Apple App Store ist zwar ein saftiger Preis für die Lifetimeversion, dies ist aber für mich gerade noch vertretbar. Ich nutze die App nun als meine Standardtastatur.

Nachtrag 11.01.2026:

Muss leider nitteilen, dass ich letztlich doch wieder zur Apple-Standard-Tastatur zurückgekehrt bin. Letztlich ist mir bewusst geworden, dass das Tippen jedes einzelnen Buchstabens mit dem Waben-Muster auch nach Wochen viel länger dauert, als das Swipen mit der Apple Tastatur und das Thema des erhöhten Akku-Verbrauchs weiterhin besteht.

Habe die App wieder von meinem iPhone gelöscht.

Mooie appje, dat draagt bij aan mijn productiviteit. Je moet er een beetje aan wennen maar dan gaat het snel en makkelijk. Minder fouten tijdens het typen.
Voor de volgende versies wil ik graag ook kayboards voor andere talen die er nog niet zijn.

Yes, I have big thumbs, which makes it difficult for me to type on mobile devices quickly and without typos. I mean, I can use the other fingers but cmon... Guys at Typewise with our octagonal buttons, have no idea how you came to this idea but facts are facts, I can't use the default mobile keyboards anymore. Good luck and thank you!

Interesting app! A new take on how we write on smartphones. I see that I make fewer mistakes now, and get more pleasure typing (normally I don’t like it very much).
Hope they keep it up!

This is a great app, it' not only the future of keyboards, but also a trustable typing companion with the learning feature, typing aids and many more it sure is a great app and making it better are the developers who give time to their audience of users and fix bugs this sure is the future keyboard...

I found typewise when I was looking for a keyboard that wouldn't just try to mimic a physical keyboard on a screen but something that would pick-up and reinvent the concept for touchscreens. Typewise takes a few days to get used to but it's absolutely worth and the increase in speed and reduced typos beat any swipe keyboard out there.

I bought Wrio (as Typewise was called back then) about 4 years ago. In the beginning it takes a few days to get used to the innovative honeycomb layout. But after that I was able to write much faster and with way less mistakes due to the increased key size. Since then, a lot of great features were added like a smart bar, great auto correction and quite some possibilities to customize the keyboard and its functions. But what didn't change is that it is completely offline. So your data stays you data. I'm now that far that I hate writing on any other keyboard with "regular" layout.

At first, when I got my hands on this keyboard I was wowed by the layout and its aesthetics. Of course, it took me some time to get used to the new layout with the hexagonal keys (and I have to admit that at some times I was frustrated) BUT the learning curve was worth it! Now I can type like never before, much more speed, and the intuitive gestures make the whole experience just great for typing on the smartphone! 2 THUMBS UP!!

Interesting keyboard.
It has different layout than standard keyboard with hexagon keys. This makes it harder to get used to at the beginning, but it's not that hard and it also has option for using classical layout. I like that it respects privacy and has support for Serbian language as well. Other features are not bad too, like swipe to delete and capitalise letters, bigger keys, themes...

I've been using Typewise for 2 months already, and I can say that it's really convenient keyboard.
First, I was skeptical because of the honeycomb layout (not standard qwerty), but I got used to it quite fast and now I njoy that I mistap the keys way fewer than I did with qwerty keyboards.
Moreover, I love the idea of privacy - that they don't upload my typing to the cloud.
