Poor customer support
Poor customer support — 17 days no response
I subscribed to Fish Audio Plus plan and
cancelled within 48 hours after finding
a better platform for my needs. I had
used less than 10% of my credits.
I sent a refund request on March 31st.
After 17 days and three emails with zero
response, I had to submit a help center
ticket to finally get a reply.
Their reason for refusing the refund was
36 test requests I made while exploring
the platform — which I consider completely
normal before committing to a service.
17 days of silence from a paid customer
is simply not acceptable. When I finally
received a response they refused my refund
and even took credit for a subscription
cancellation that I had done myself.
Fish Audio needs to seriously improve
their customer service if they want to
compete in this market.
