Thames Valley Window Company Arvostelua

Nothing went wrong. Prep work done well. Charming installers who kept to their timetable. One told me he had been with your company for many years. This is always a good sign of a well run company. I didn't find out how long the other installer had been with your company

Simple and straightforward sales and payment processes, excellent fitters and good product.

Very positive. Good work, excellent product, all done on time and as promised

The team were professional and carried out the work to a high standard. Thry left the property in a clean and tidy state.

We recently purchased windows, doors, and bi-folds from Thames Valley Windows and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The quality of the products is excellent and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. George, our sales rep, was especially great, friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. A big shout-out as well to the fitting team, Wayne and Guy, who did a fantastic job with the installation, professional, tidy, and clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommend them if you’re considering new windows or doors.

Second time we have used TVW and again super impressed with the team.

Organized office, polite and knowledgeable builders, efficient and neat fitters and all this at a fair price - well done!

TVW should be proud!
Thanks again

The whole process from Luke coming round to discuss the window spec, through to the window fitting went very smoothly and I was kept informed of everything, every step of the way. The fitters were friendly, punctual, maintained attention to detail, were tidy, hard working and did a very professional job fitting 3 new windows for me.

Excellent service from contact to installation. Quality of installation is superb

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Really competitive pricing against the well known names and service which was streets ahead too. There is no hard sell and pushy salesmen with their foot in the door, or poorly trained canvassing phonecalls where they can't seem to navigate a calendar. Professionalism throughout and top of the list for our recommendations so far in our renovation. The windows themselves are top quality which meet all British standards, we even had the British standards arrive on site to check the quality of installation and products. They have transformed the front of our house from dark and dated, to a fresh and rejuvenated house which we are excited to see finished. There was a hiccup from the manufacturer where one of the windows was made too small but this was swiftly rectified and we hardly knew there was an issue.

Kept well informed of what was happening. Punctual on the day and the men were very obliging. Astonished no making good had to be made and no tiles damaged. 2 windows fitted in 2 hours.

Great experience from start to finish. Luke was incredibly patient with us in the initial stages and helped us to get exactly what we were looking for. There was no pressure on us or any forceful sales tactics like you get with the “bigger” companies. Handover to the installations team was handled seamlessly and communication around installation dates was fantastic. Highly recommend!

The job was done really well and the lads were very competent.i

We, together with friends and family have trusted our replacement window requirements to Bracknell based Thames Valley Windows for many years. They are a long established company and we have always found them to be reliable, trustworthy and competent, not something that can be said of everyone in this sector. We have used them again to replace our outdated rosewood UPVC windows and sliding doors with contemporary aluminium ones. We could not have wished for a smoother more efficient experience right from initial contact through to finish. Everyone involved in the project did their job exceptionally well. The installation carried out by Sean and Jamie was class leading. They were highly professional, helpful, conscientious and meticulous in every aspect of their work. They were probably the best tradesmen we have ever come across. This is an outstanding company one can trust and rely upon. Thank you all at TV Windows, you brought our house into the modern era.

The actual fitting went very smoothly. The two man team was effective, courteous and tidy. They did a very good job.
The design stage was more stressful as the specifications we were expected to agree to were not always accurate and were then superseded at the survey stage.

Very happy with the product and Jason and Jude were a great team as our fitters - polite, professional and hard working. A pleasure to have around.

Brilliant experience from start, completion and aftercare. The fitters were extremely friendly, approachable and tidy. Any questions we had afterwards, which were very minor, someone came out to us the next day after our enquiry.
Fantastic quality windows and bifold- Thank you

From planning to installing, the team have been been great. Install team and follow up team professional and polite.

We changed all the windows in our house through TVWC. We first spoke to Rob, who was very knowledgeable, gave us a great price and no hard sell. Before signing we visited the showroom, made a few alterations to our plans and there was still no pressure to sign (unlike other companies we were considering).

The fitting went quickly, with a professional and friendly crew who did a fantastic job. The final result exceeded our expectations and has made a huge difference to the exterior of our house.

I cannot recommend TVWC highly enough. If you're looking for replacement windows then these are the guys to use!

Fitters worked quickly and efficiently. Windows and doors a huge improvement on the old ones.
