Amazing Glazing Kent Ltd Arvostelua

Stevie T arrived and explained what he would be doing. Put covers on carpets and took three windows out cleaning after each one. All three fitted as we asked to be done. All mess cleared up. Showed us all the workings. A pleasure to see Steve doing a proper days work.
Very pleased with the work.

The old door and frame was carefully removed, area prepped and new one fitted. Professional, efficient ,meticulous and friendly. Well done Stevie T and Amazing Glazing 👍😀

Stevie T did a great job installing two new windows and making good shoddy work undertaken when previous owners lived here. New windows look amazing. Would recommend Amazing Glazing and Stevie T any time.

Amazing work! Very professional service and excellent and experience windows fitters. Thank you so much Stevie T and Steve L. You have both been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Really great work and much appreciated.

Stevie T was absolutely brilliant very friendly and professional, cleaned up behind him and made my elderly mother-in-law feel at ease, I can't express how pleased we are with his work if we could give 100 stars it we would 🫶🏽

I found the customer service team on the phones to be amazing, they were incredibly helpful all the way through the process. The salesman, the surveyor and the fitter were all extremely good at what they do. The fitter was particularly good as it is an older house and therefore had some challenges and because of his skills the job turned out to be fantastic.

Really impressed with the whole experience. The team supplied and fitted new windows and doors throughout my 2-bedroom home, and the quality of the products and workmanship is excellent.  From start to finish, they were professional, friendly and reliable, with great attention to detail. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the finished result has made a fantastic difference to my home. Would highly recommend Amazing Glazing to anyone looking for quality double glazing and a first-class service.

Highly recommended. We recently had all of our windows, doors, and patio sliding doors replaced. Supplied and installed as agreed and on time. Professional service throughout by excellent Staff. High quality product superbly installed and finished by Alan with no mess and a special thanks to Louise for assistance with a specific window design which is, frankly, stunning.
We have no hesitation in recommending this Company for your replacement window and door requirements. Thank You Amazing Glazing!

Recently had Amazing Glazing fit my windows and doors. I went with them after looking at their reviews and I have to say that the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. A huge thank you to Colin, Alen and Glen who installed them. They were professional, tidy and a pleasure to have around.
Thank you. Would highly recommend

Wanted to say a big thank you. Just had a full house of windows replaced by Amazing Glazing, Alen & Ben worked tirelessy.
It wasnt an easy job, as my house is pre-war and heavily reandered and required extra care and attention and also a brick wall needed removing to allow for new set of french doors, which was all done using props and new lintel and all made good, they look Amazing! They worked so hard and kept me well informed.
Thank you

Simon was a very pleasant guy and did an amazing job fitting the door. I would recommend him to anybody. Thank you again. Eileen

All round great experience from Amazing Glazing. First up Ali who sized up and priced up my new windows. Top fellow. Today Stevie T fitted two lovely new windows. Beautiful job, clean, tidy, friendly, professional. Would definitely recommend. Also a big mention to Senior Designer Karen B for arranging my next two windows.

Excellent and professional service from start to finish from Alan and Glenn at Amazing Glazing. What a difference a new bathroom window makes. Absolutely could not fault anything and i'll 100% be back to use you in the future .

We have just had the last six windows fitted by Stevie T. Done in two days.
Very happy with his work ethic. And his ability to sort out little problems he may encounter. All looks lovely. Just looking forward to the winter to see if they make a difference . Thank you Steve.

I had Amazing Glazing installed new windows and French doors in my house and, given the weight they put on having a high Trust Pilot rating, I was surprised at how sloppy some of the aspects of their work were.
Firstly, the positives: the windows and doors seem to have been installed correctly, with no errors in measurements, the getting the details of the order correct, or (as far as I can tell) compromises on the energy efficiency of the overall installation.
However, there were quite a few elements where they fell short:
1. When removing the previous doors, decorative tiling above the doors was broken and had to effectively be removed (with the replacement being white plastic flashing). I'm not sure if this was entirely unavoidable, but clearly these tiles were not damaged when the last set of doors was installed 30 years ago and the repair was clear not a like-for-like replacement.
2. There was a lot of rubbish left scattered around my yard when the installer left. I picked up two buckets worth of cigarette butts, styrofoam packing, off-cuts of flashing and old silicone sealant.
3. I had to do a comprehensive test of all the windows and a walkaround of the property to make sure that the installer finished things off. He'd packed up all his stuff when I flagged there was sealant smeared on one of the windows that shouldn't be there, one window needed adjusting as it wouldn't open fully, and he hadn't cemented the edges of another of the windows.
4. One of the issues I noted was a bulging of sealant on one of the window panes. I pointed this out, assuming he'd use a knife to cut off the excess and create a clean edge, but he just gouged it off with his thumbnail, leaving a less obvious but still unattractive ragged edge.
5. On one of the upstairs windows (so fortunately not visible from the street or inside), one of the pieces of flashing was cut about 5 mm short, with the yellow expanding foam visible the bottom corner.
I went with Amazing Glazing in part because they talked about their great ratings and the quality of their work. They weren't the cheapest quote I received, so I had assumed that I would get a quality service, but I feel that fell a fair bit short of this.

Excellent window installation. Both the installer and the sales staff were really friendly and the windows of the highest quality and good value. Will certainly be getting them in to do some more work. Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd time I have used them as they replaced my conservatory roof late last year and I was pleased with that as well. Quality of the product and workmanship was superb.

Twelve windows replaced two fitter took 6 hours, excellent workmanship. Clean and tidy when they left. Respectful of property and people

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Amazing Glazing

I couldn’t recommend Amazing Glazing in Whitstable highly enough following the installation of our new front door.

From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. Tom, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout the process, offering great advice and providing a very competitive price. We originally chose Amazing Glazing because of their strong local reputation, and they certainly didn’t disappoint.

A special mention has to go to Roger, their in-house installer. He was brilliant throughout the installation, taking the time to make sure everything was fitted exactly how we wanted it and paying real attention to the finer details. The quality of the finished installation is exceptional and has been completed to a very high standard.

It’s refreshing to use a local company that takes genuine pride in its work and customer service. We’re extremely pleased with our new front door and wouldn’t hesitate to use Amazing Glazing again or recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and competitively priced glazing company.

Thanks again to Tom, Roger and the team — a fantastic job from start to finish!
