To be honest i don't know how to rate.
4 star product, 1 star service.
the plexiglass is ok, surely not worth 250€
the cost is so overpriced but is light, is not so reflective, looks sturdy , i guess is protective. if you don't know you have on the tv, you don't realize.
be aware guys the forwarder can ask for 100€ of custom fee, they don't say to you during the initial chat in the website.
I contacted tvguard and they said it's written in their policy, when i asked to show me , disapperead :)
maybe is written in turkish.
the product itself is ok, but in amazon you find for 100€

I have not used it for a long time but I think the design is strong enough to withstand strong impact.

Arrived quickly, in good condition and fit my tv perfectly. This is my second time using this company and have been happy with their service both times.

About Me: I am in the US, ordered the TV Guard mid-march of 2025, and was hesitant to order because I couldn't find the company via the BBB. My initial thoughts were that the website seemed a bit sketchy because of the differences between the mobile and desktop versions. However, I did see some reviews via Trustpilot and decided to go ahead and order a TV Guard for my Samsung TV.

About TV Guard: Their price is competitive in the market of similar products after browsing through Amazon. The quality and customization of the product is phenomenal. They match your TV model number with the dimensions required for you. The TV Guard is relatively low-weight and easy to install. I have a pretty hefty wall mount, but I was cautious about adding more weight. Everything worked out fine. The shipping was about a week from Turkey to California.

If I need another guard, I will order from the TV guard!

My TVGUARD arrived quickly and in good condition. There was no damage to the item due to the excellent packaging. It fits perfectly with straps to hold it in place around the TV. I would purchase this again!

Buyers should note that they only ship to the billing address of the payment method so even though I was ordering this for someone else and entered another shipping address, it was shipped to my house and I had to arrange to transport it to the shipping address I had originally provided.

Tout semblait parfait jusqu'à la livraison qui n'est jamais arrivée. Depuis 1 mois, je cherche à contacter l'entreprise par mail et téléphone et plus aucune réponse. pas de livraison et le paiement est fait et non remboursé. Entreprise absolument à fuir!

In the first delivery there was wrong product supplied. When I told the supplier, they immediately shipped the correct one - it was here within 2 days! Fantastic Service!!

Product is really nice, high quality and impressive.

It’s missing something to attach better to the bottom part of the TV, like q rubber band or something else, but all together really nice.

Incredibly easy to install, fits perfectly, shipped much sooner than anticipated. Have not actually tried throwing a toy at the screen guard, but crossing my fingers it will protect the tv when this inevitably occurs!
