* Order procedure is very easy.
* I got a TUXEDO InfinityBook Pro AMD, their laptop build is very solid, battery life great in linux (I tested both with their Tuxedo OS and Ubuntu 26.04).
* Price comparable to Lenovo and Dell on similar specs.
* Suspend works better then any other laptop I tested with linux so far.
* The online documentation for their laptops are also pretty good.

We are a Finnish company that have used Tuxedo products. We are long Linux users and their HW was the best suited for our work. Their support is very kind and professional and always delivered the best feedback or solutions. We really appreciate their work and hope that they will grow while keeping this mentality.

Der Bildschirm des Notebooks ging leider kaputt.

Der Kundenservice war hilfreich und unkompliziert. Nach Einsenden des Notebooks, wurde es schnell und einwandfrei repariert.

Auf Empfehlung von "Bitwig" zur AMD Plattform, um es als DAW zu nutzen, habe ich mir das InfinityBook Pro 14 Gen10 AMD geleistet. Ich bin extrem begeistert. Der Rechner fühlt sich für mich sehr hochwertig an. Die Leistung zur Audiobearbeitung ist enorm, auch bei super niedrigen Latenzen. Ich war schon mit meinem Pulse 15 Gen1 sehr zufrieden, aber das ist ein gewaltiger Schritt nach Vorne. Da die Treiber von Tuxedo auch für Debian zur Verfügung gestellt werden, konnte ich mein gewohntes Debian/Gnome absolut problemlos einrichten. Vielen Dank auch dafür. Tuxedo machte mir den Wechsel von Apple sehr leicht und ich habe es noch keinen Tag bereut. Die Zukunft kann kommen......

Ich habe seit fast 5 Jahren einen Tuxedo Pulse 15 Gen1 und es ist der beste Laptop, den ich bisher hatte. Die Tasten sind besonders groß, das macht das Tippen angenehm. Der Bildschirm ist auch super, besonders Rottöne sind sehr kräftig. Die Leistung reicht immerhin für die meisten Spiele aus, wenn man sie nicht auf höchster Grafikeinstellung spielt. Für einen Laptop aus 2021 also schon ganz ordentlich.
Das freundliche Team von Tuxedo Computers hat mir mehrmals bei kleinen Problemen (größtenteils selbstverschuldet) weitergeholfen, vielen Dank für eure Mühe und Geduld!

The support team was knowledge and capable to fix my issue in no time. Especially with the current computer part prices these days, I was able to repair my laptop in 3 days (shipping included) instead of purchasing a new one.

Trotz anfänglicher Probleme mit der Hardware (Display) kann ich mich hier nur sehr positiv gegenüber TUXEDO äußern.

Sie bieten einen hervorragenden Support und mir wurde immer sehr freundlich, kompetent und rasch geholfen. Garantiefälle werden umkompliziert und rasch abgearbeitet.

Ein sehr kundenorientierter Betrieb, welchen man heute in dieser Form nur noch sehr selten findet. Man merkt deutlich das hier Menschen dahinter arbeiten, welche sich wirklich Mühe geben, dem Kunden einen sehr guten Support zu liefern.

I have been debating between Tuxedo and a different provider of Linux computers for a long time; in the end I went with Tuxedo, and have been regretting it ever since.
Firstly, the computer was severely lacking in terms of speed despite the high-end specs (16 GS RAM, 12-core AMD processor, etc.) to the point that my 5-year old Lenovo was providing a smoother experience.
Second, a few months after purchase the computer started intermittently making a loud white noise with increasing frequency. Later, the screen also started flickering. I sent it for repair, and when the computer was already on its way back and I asked them to tell me what they found/fixed, I found out that only the audio subboard was replaced. They checked that the flickering did not happen at their lab, but as I explained before sending, these issues were happening intermittently. I had to pay a second import fee when I got the laptop back from repair as I live outside of the EU; if the flickering recurs because they neglected to replace the components and were satisfied with just checking, I would have the choice of either living with it or sending the computer for a second repair, which would most likely involve a third import fee.
Lastly, and although this is of less concern, I belive it is worth mentioning - the keyboard and touchpad layout is quite poor and different to most other laptops, with the touchpad being off to the side and the keyboard being crowded in places and far-apart in others. Doesn't make sense and takes a lot of getting used to.
Overall, my experience with Tuxedo was quite bad, especially given how much I spent on my laptop. I would not be purchasing any of their products in the future, and would advise others to avoid them.

I am very happy with the infinitybook pro 15 gen 9.
I had to send it in for repairing the sound card once, but the process worked well and i didn't have to pay anything.

Ich bin mit dem Support-Team von Tuxedo super zufrieden. Ich habe bis jetzt zwei- bis dreimal Kontakt gehabt, sowohl telefonisch als auch per E-Mail, und habe immer zeitnahe und kompetente Antworten erhalten. Mein Problem wurde jedes Mal gelöst. Ich bin von Mac auf Linux umgestiegen und hatte am Anfang etwas Bauchweh, aber dank Tuxedo bin ich wirklich froh, diesen Schritt gemacht zu haben. Der Umstieg war einfach, und ich kann Tuxedo in jeglicher Hinsicht nur weiterempfehlen. Und NEIN ich wurde nicht bezahlt für diese Rezession, es ist meine ehrliche Erfahrung!

Habe ein InfinityBook Pro 14 Gen6 gebraucht bekommen und möchte darauf Linux komplett problemlos ausprobieren.
Dies funktioniert eigentlich uneingeschränkt "out of the box".
Zur Zeit läuft darauf openSUSE Tumbleweed mit der KDE Plasma Oberfläche.
Seit einigen Tagen habe ich das neue TUXEDO OS (Debian Testing) in einer virtuellen Maschine laufen.
Dies läuft überraschend flüssig und problemlos.
Support:
Deutscher Support mit Sitz in Augsburg, wo auch die Computer zusammengebaut werden.
Der Support regiert schnell und die Ersatzteile - in meinem Fall ein neuer Akku - wurden zugig geliefert.
Reparierbarkeit:
Unglaublich toll ist die Möglichkeit, Arbeitsspeicher, Festplatte, WLAN Modul und natürlich auch den Akku ganz einfach zu tauschen.
Dauerte bei mir keine 10 Minuten.
(9 Kreuzschrauben öffnen und einen Stecker abziehen)
TUXEDO Zusammenfassung:
TUXEDO InfinityBook läuft ohne Probleme, ich habe es im täglichen Einsatz.
TUXEDO OS läuft absolut stabil, problemlos und schont wunderbar die Resourcen.
TUXEDO HARD & SOFTWARE:
Beides absolut zu empfehlen!

Heute habe ich meinen Tuxedo zurückerhalten, und ich bin über das Resultast der beinahe zwei Monate dauernden "Reparatur" entsetzt. Das Netzteil funktionert nach wie vor nicht (d.h. der Notbook lädt nicht) und ich kann auch nicht mehr einloggen. Ich erhalte immer die Meldung "bad shim signature" Zuerst Kernel laden. Letzteres Problem lässt sich vielliecht noch über eine Änderung der Einstellung im BIOS beheben, aber dass ich einen nicht ladenden Notebook zurückerhalte, grenzt an Unverschämtheit. Ich habe ja gesagt, dass das Netzteil nicht funktioniere.

While I have not yet received my device and so cannot comment on the quality of the product itself, I have been waiting for almost 5 weeks for my laptop to arrive, without a concrete timeline for when it is expected to ship (after asking multiple times). While I understand that building to order is a difficult business, 5 weeks (and it will probably be more) is far too long. If you want to order a device from Tuxedo, don’t expect them to deliver it on time.

They have a nice product line, but most stuff is Linux capable by now, no need to go to a specialist brand. Spare parts like motherboards have extremely limited availability, and what little they have often requires sending a device to them. Their service department has fairly low standards for quality of work, below industry standards and reasonable expectations. Therefore, I can no longer recommend Tuxedo Computers to my clients.

Excellent support (even for a customer having purchased a notebook 7 years ago): I recently encountered a serious problem due to an update of Kubuntu 24.04. A call to the TUXEDO service (plus the the TUXEDO Control Center program and some e-mails to and fro using a support ticket) helped to diagnose and solve the problem efficiently and quickly.
Hence, TUXEDO's support is excellent!

Nachdem ich keinen Notebook mit den gewünschten Spezifikationen bei Asus, Lenovo, Dell und Co gefunden habe, habe ich mir das gewünschte System bei Tuxedo zusammengestellt. Der Preis dafür ist echt fair. Danke.

Kürzlich hatte mein TUXEDO Pulse14Gen3 nach einem Update ein hartnäckiges Tastatur Problem.
Dank dem schnellen, kompetenten und freundlichen Support konnte das Problem gelöst werden.
