Turners Accident Repair Limited Arvostelua

The work Turners did on our car's bodywork was perfect. They turned up on time to collect our car and delivered the temporary replacement. The work on our car was completed earlier than they had said. The inside and outside of our car were thoroughly cleaned. I couldn't fault them at all.

From the first phone call I felt at ease, they arranged to pick my car up from my home, I was able to track my repairs as they were being done, when everything was done they rang me to arrange delivery to my home, I was really pleased with the service from the staff at Turners and would definitely use them again.

I am insured through NFU they use yourselves as their trusted repair agents. Your response to them passing on my claim was so prompt I had barely put the phone down with their agent who said you would contact me shortly. I filled out the relevant forms you requested and within hours you had arranged to collect and deliver a courtesy car , and repair my vehicle repaired within a week and deliver it back the next week, your staff kept me constantly informed of the progress. BRILLIANT service , I would highly recommend you.

Many thank

Everything was first class. Great repair I thought my car was a right off, kept informed about what was going on with it,when I picked it up, it was explained to me exactly what had been done(in layman's terms) so could understand. I don't want to see them again, but wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Mr J Middleton.

No complaints whatsoever- dealt with professionally throughout - repair is faultless

Overall end to end customer experience was good and communication from the team was spot on . The driver collecting spent far too long completing paperwork and taking EXCESSIVE amounts of photos, other than that all positive

Acted quickly after accident happened and made a very good job of it.

Excellent service all round! Prompt repair done to high standard. Excellent communication before, during and after repair. Friendly, professional firm. I have no hesitation in recommending them!
Many thanks.

Great service, my car was booked in straight away and I was kept updated at all points. Would highly recommend.

Generally good service, very friendly staff and communicated well with us. It’s just the timescales to get car parts that delayed the repairs to our car.

Excellant, efficent and professional.

The whole process from collection to repair to drop off was very efficient I was kept updated throughout the repair on progress the staff are very friendly the collection /drop off guy was also friendly and took care in putting my car on the trailer and again taking it off at drop off can not fault in any way 2
