Turners Accident Repair Limited Arvostelua

They did an excellent job, not only sorting out scratches after a reversing accident, but smoothing out a dimple dent that I had just been putting up with

My car was taken to Turners after a non-fault claim. They helped to arrange a courtesy vehicle quickly and carried out repairs to a very good standard and in a very good timeframe. They rang me every other day to update me on where the repair process was at, and when it was time to collect my car from them they arranged for me to drop the courtesy car back off with them. Very good customer service and high quality workmanship.

Very friendly and polite staff over the telephone. Repair done to a high standard, would recommend.

The customer service I received was absolutely brilliant! Everything was sorted with no hassle, and I was kept updated with the progress of my repair. The collection and return service was fantastic and my car was the cleanest it’s ever been when it was returned!

Excellent, quick service from initial phone call to my car being returned.

I recently had my car repaired at Turners Garage in Selby and was really impressed with the service. The staff were friendly and kept me updated throughout the process. The repairs were completed to a high standard, and my car was returned clean and looking great. The courtesy car made things so much easier, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Everything was undertaken in a professional and efficient manner. Everything happened when I was told it would happen and I was given regular updates. The work was completed quickly and without any issues.

Had my car here due to an accident an when I came to pick it up some had clear signs that it had been driven. the petrol was nearly empty when I left the car the tank was half full. Bluetooth was connected to an unknown phone. Becareful leaving your car with them

Kept me posted and did a good job on the repair

Very efficient service and I was kept up to date through text messages.

Efficient. Picked my car up. Kept me informed. Returned quickly.

The whole Turners team were fantastic throughout the process - very friendly, responsive and effective. It was a difficult situation and they made everything really easy, everything sorted from collection, courtesy car, insurer admin and repairs with no fuss. Really appreciated all the help and would highly recommend. Thank you!

I found turners to be very efficient and friendly.they told me what and when they would be doing it and they were true to their word.would recommend them to anyone

Good and efficient service. A high quality repair. I have a speech difficulty due to cerebral palsy and the Staff at Turners understood and treated me very well.

Excellent - kept me informed during the process and very friendly people to deal with and helpful in dealing with car hire people

My car went into Turners to have a it's front bumper fixed due to the front offside side collision.
Turners got in touch with me quite quickly after I had reported it to my insurers, to make arrangements for it to be picked up from my home address.
They took really good care with my car when they picked it up and put it onto the low loader, the driver was very polite and friendly whilst dealing with me.
The staff from receptionists and managers that contacted me where polite and friendly.
I could track the progress of my car through their website which I thought was really helpful.
Turners returned my car on the date that had been arranged. On returning my car, which was when I was away, the driver that returned my car was very respectful of my property and followed my instructions on where to leave my keys.
When I got back home I checked my car over and the repair was done to a very high standard, which I would expect.
The only downside I had was that I wasn't contacted about when my car was going to be returned to me back at my house, I found this out when I got in touch with my insurance about something else to do with my claim.
Also I found out that my new offside headlight hadn't been aligned properly before I got the car back and was blinding other road users at night.
I must say that when I approached this with Turners they was very apologetic about it and asked me to book it into another garage near me to get it sorted and would reimburse me any monies paid, this I did.
Overall a very pleasant and professional service provided by Turners.
