It took 2 representatives and 1 manager…

It took 2 representatives and 1 manager to resolve my issue. Additionally the first representative would not pass me to a manager after I requested and I had to hang up and call back to get the second representative who told me I would have to wait hours for a manager. Eventually, through coercion, I was put through to a manager after about 15 minutes.
I think I pay a lot of money for the automated service that they provide. Part of that money should go to pay for level 2 support to answer calls when the first level representatives either can't or won't resolve the issue in an expedient manner.
My recommendation is get guarantees that you can reach a level 2 support person if you ask or just go to another service.

WORST COMPANY FOR DOMAIN REGISTAR/BUYING/RENEWALS

WORST COMPANY SINCE IT HAS BEEN ACQUIRED FROM YAHOO...AND OTHERS. WAY, WAY, WAY OVERPRICED - AND DID I SAY WAY, WAY OVERPRICED... FOR DOMAIN REGISTRARS. DON'T BUY ANY SERVICES FROM THIS FIRM. WE CANCELED ALL OF OUR DOMAIN AND TRANSFERRED TO BETTER, LOWER ANNUALLY PRICED RENEWAL FIRMS ... BECAUSE OF THE CRAZY OVER-PRICED DOMAINS RENEWALS - WHICH CAN BE HAD FOR $10 TO $20 ELSEWHERE, BUT A 1-YEAR RENEWAL COST FOR A DOMAIN IS $70+ USD/ANNUALLY. MORE THAN HIGHWAY ROBBERY. NOTHING LESS THAT PURE, UNEQUIVOCAL, CATEGORICALLY OVERPRICED COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE...!!!

Clear, plain unbroken English is what people want.
Also Turbify keeps sending emails to ........@yahoo.com and I never use that Email. I use my domain name email address T.................r.com. I will never get any communications at the other email address.Thank You
