A Turbify email specifically stated that the Account would not be suspended before 5/21/26! Payment was tendered on 5/08/26 and the account susequently suspended after the payment was made!

This was a total waste of my time. I do not feel the person who I talked with understood English very well. Several times I asked to be transferred to somebody in the United States, which was futile. For this website, I will cancel it on October 1, 2026.

I've had web hosting and email service through Yahoo (now Turbify) for 20 yrs. total. On the whole, I don't experience lots of problems but have never been happy with the limitations of the web building tool. Most recently, I couldn't "publish" updates to my site. It was highly frustrating to get an error which made it sound as if there was a problem with my account status when I'd just renewed. I called the # saved in my phone for Turbify. The rep couldn't identify or solve the problem that way. It took several days for anyone from Turbify to reach out about progress made and provide a bit of an answer -- and even that was a mostly generic email. As I logged to then complete my website updates, it took forever to figure out where the web builder dashboard was housed. (This is an ongoing problem.) Processes for even simple tasks are frustrating versus seamless and intuitive. Perhaps you get what you pay for? That's the "advantage" I have; it doesn't cost much in the scheme of things.

Atempted to purchase a Domain via my account at Turbify but couldnt. My cards (three credit cards) wouldnt go through. I asked for help from Turbify and had two gentlemen trying to help. Took almost 30 minutes on the phone long distance with no results. Still the payment wouldnt go through. Switched to Network Solutions, paid for the purchase of the domains. The payment went through automatically and immediately. The experience with Turbify was more than frustrating as I almost lost the domains I was trying to purchase.

He completely ignored what I was trying to find out, As soon as my 60 days are up I will be transferring my domains out of there and into Square Space.

Your customer service has been instant and responsive, which is quite helpful. But the billing procedure is quite unsatisfactory - raising the price without any explanation and prior notice, which is fundamental to an honest business operation. Providing the billing information doesn't mean issuing a blank check.
