I worked with Tuning Makarska
I worked with Tuning Makarska, also known as "jurebv" in many forums, for several years, starting from 2018. Over the years, I bought hundrets, if not thousands of files.
Back then, the files had a very good quality.
...EGR/DPF/Adblue-Deletes always worked.
...Stage 1 files were written good and were working fine.
But since 2-3 years, quality dropped drastically.
From three diesel cars made with Stage 1, two came back a few weeks/months after with DPF issues or other strange problems, like limp without DTC.
If reported, I just got sent another file, without any comment, nothing.
Sometimes they worked, sometimes it needed Version 3, Version 4 and so on... Always without any comment or just a few words.
In parallel, more cars came in with problems, it was a "tsunami" of complaints to me.
Someday I just stopped forwarding my customers complaints to Tuning Makarska and flashed them another file, from another supplier.
Additionally, since a short time, the support started getting very rude. I don't expect that behavior as a customer for many years.
So I made the decision a few months ago and switched slowly to another file supplier.
Cars are working fine again, no more ticking time bombs out there, and if an mistake occurs (could happen ofc!), I always get a full refund and a Fix for the problematic file.
Looking back, I should have made the decision way earlier.
