Easily got refund; friendly staff member. TU clothing now far too LARGE
I was able to easily get a refund for a pair of sandals I had ordered; sadly 'big' for a size 3 & not comfortable. VERY helpful member of staff at the Argos Counter.
Generally, with TU clothing (looked in the other store too) most items are HUGE and also FAR TOO LONG! A very 'drab' autumn collection in too! I WON'T BE BUYING ANY MORE TU

Very good uniform.
I ordered lots of school uniform for my 3 sons aged 12, 8 and 5. 26 items in total. They're all brilliant quality and in fact much better quality than Asda and M&S where I've bought uniform from previously. Unfortunately my 3 star review is because when I ordered, I ordered a 2 pack of purple school jumpers for my 8 year old, I didn't order any for my 5 year old as they hadn't his size in stock. This happens, it's fine. They got them in stock the next day so I ordered them separate for click and collect. The night before my TU parcel was due to be delivered I had an email to say the school jumpers were no longer in stock and had been cancelled from my order. This is unacceptable in my view, as they should have shown as out of stock at the time of order like my 5 year olds jumpers. I then couldn't get the same jumpers in stock anywhere. If I'd have known when ordering originally they weren't in stock I could have found him a replacement but the several days wait meant they were out of stock everywhere.

Good products but Tu should operate more sustainably …
Tu has good products which are reasonably priced, however, sizing is wildly inconsistent. This is reflected in the two purchases I collected today: one package contained a size 6 waistcoat which I ordered after having received sizes 8 and 10 which were too large and had to be returned. The other package contained skirts in sizes 10 and 12, neither of which fit me. If Tu could be more consistent in sizing, it would reduce the volume of returns and reduce the impact on the environment. I would also like to see Tu reduce packaging. One of the items i received today was a shortie pajama set which was wrapped in a plastic casing normally used for dry cleaning or dresses. Although I appreciate that the pajama set was a light colour I don't think that much plastic was necessary..Also, whilst I always return hangers, I would like to see use of these reduced aa well for the sake of the environment.

Remarkable help by staff and customers l…
I am a regular customer who had a fall on the escalator due to no lift.On my next visit a member of staff took my trolley down the elevator and now there is always staff by the lift to help.At 81 this help means I can still shop.Excellent staff at Biddulph all so helpful and good still at a high standard.

Convenient shopping for my elderly mum.
I shop for my elderly mother through Sainsbury’s TU online roughly every six weeks, as she loves to scroll and choose her new wardrobe and then receive it all pre-hanged and ready to store and wear.
