The items ordered arrived ready to collect exactly when advised, the items were all as ordered, and safely packaged. I was happy with all the items I purchased.

I am so pleased with the clothing Tu offers I now have no reason to shop elsewhere for updating my wardrobe. All the things I need, socks, pants jeans (what I live in), t-shirts and sweatshirts, jackets and coats all come from Tu. They're very reasonably priced (so important at this time and as I'm now a pensioner) quality is really good, sizeing is spot on, they look good and I can buy online and pick up in Sainsbury's while doing my everyday shopping and get Nectar points on top. Avoid Tu clothing online at all costs. First order was apparently stuck in "quality check"...whatever that is. Never received and got refund. Then I ordered item again online and the same thing has happened again. I call and asked for complaints number and I was given a number for credit cards. Disgusting service... actually seems like a scam if it wasn't for the brand. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I ordered 2 cardigans for size and 1 was fine, good price etc but when I came To take the other one back, the man at Argos said : No, because you've had it delivered to home, you must take it back to a Sainsbury`s store. It says online that you can return at ANY ARGOS STORE even if you`ve had it delivered to home. That ruined my day as we don't have a local Sainbury's, I had to go to the White Rose Centre to take it back which was quick and fine just an extra journey for the day.

First time that I used it. Completely hassle free. Straight forward and delivered when said, even staff at Argos where helpful.

Paid for next day delivery, never actually appeared. Waited for 5 days then finally got through to customer service and they immediately refunded me. They Had been sat in evri depot for 4 days. Funnily enough they were returned to.argos within 24 hours. But thank.you to.xuatomer services who sorted me a full refund without a single.quibble. unfortunately I wont buy again as I wont order from.Evri deliveries.for.obvious reasons.

Fast delivery. good communication after placing the order, was provided with messages regarding delivery dates, also free delivery and collection from my local Argos store as the nearest Sainsburys store is 1 hour away, payment refunded quickly after order returned to the local Argos store 5 ☆ service

I was supposed to receive my delivery on the 26th May. Evri still have not delivered my parcel

Given several delervery times all no show when delivery finally arrived it had been delivered to wrong address at 11pm at night.

Items never showed up lost in transit very very poor

I appreciate that stores are busy but this was the first time I had used click and collect at Sainsburys via Argos.
There was only one person serving and the queue was at least 7 deep. The staff were wonderful when you got served.
On having to return the item the queue was even worse. So much so I decided to pay for postage.
I use many other click and collect services and this is one I won’t return to.

Delivery very quick & on time. Good quality shirts, as described, good fit. And all came with hangers.
