This is my second order. Trunks are very well made with lots of options of colors and prints. I received lots of compliments on the first two pairs I bought previously for vacation.

Bought my first pair of Tucanns and i am super happy with the fit and feel of them. I had an issue where they got a little tear on the back of them on the first day, but customer service was very helpful and within 24h i got confirmation they Are sending me a replacement at no extra cost. Support reps Are professional, friendly and effective. Special shout out to Regine in the customer support team.

Great customer service! The order confirmation didn’t come through so I emailed customer support and heard back from Regine within an hour with my order number and confirmation!

Had a great experience with customer service as I double ordered a pair of swim trunks. I used the chat app, which I always hate using, but to my surprise Alyssa was there and took care of my double order and took the additional charge off my CC. Was waiting for a sale with Tucann and it finally arrived so I bought 3 pair!

I’ve been surfing for years, so I’m pretty picky about swim trunks. I wanted something I could wear in the water all morning and then head straight to a barbecue, a pool party, or grab lunch without looking like I just walked off the beach. These nailed it.

First, they’re comfortable. Second, they actually have pockets, which sounds like a small thing until you realize how many boardshorts don’t. I end up wearing these as regular shorts as much as I do swim trunks.

The colors are awesome, and the little details really make them stand out—the gold tips on the drawstrings, the black cross-lace waistband, the fit…you can tell someone actually cared when they designed these.

I’ve had so many people ask where I got them that I’m almost reluctant to tell them. Part of me wants to keep them my little secret because I don’t need everyone in Solana Beach showing up wearing the same trunks. But I send them to your website every time because the product deserves it.

Your customer service deserves a shout-out too. It’s honestly refreshing to deal with a company that still believes in taking care of its customers. That’s becoming way too rare these days.

One favor: make more shirts. They’re just as good—super soft, stretchy, comfortable, and perfect for summer. I’d buy more in a heartbeat.

I had a flaw on my first pair of trunks and Tucann immediately offered a replacement pair so I am so Thrilled with the support and the care and attention they've afforded me. Plus!, the trunks are simply Awesome, feel great, fit great, & what else can I say, I simply LOVE them and the company, -- they're the GOAT!

Truly the most comfortable swim suit I've ever owned and the quality is amazing. Very happy with customer service who also replaced 1 of the 3 I bought after it had an issue early on. Will never buy another brand again!

Terrible customer service! No phone number, the chat doesn't respond, no email response. I'm just trying to do a straight exchange for a different size and the "exchange/return portal" doesn't work online.

I have been a customer of Tucann for a couple years now. Load up on there latest swimwear for all my summer trips. I’m so disappointed. Would never write a review like this but they don’t seem to have any customer service. Ordered a new bathing suit. Never arrived. Shows it was delivered by DHL to USPS. I’ve reached out to Tucann 3 times now to express my frustration. I’ve heard nothing back.

I had seen lots of advertisements on social media and decided I’d give them a shot. I have had terrible experiences with online purchases especially with sizing and products showing up very cheaply made.
NOT the case with Tucann!! When my single 5” men’s swimsuit showed up I immediately tried on as we have a cruise approaching and need something that works, if not, time to return and get something else. I was sooo pleased with this purchase I immediately got online and ordered two more pairs in different colors! They are the most comfortable and well made swim shorts I have ever tried! If I could offer more than 5 stars I would. Well done Tucannn.

I liked the quality of the trunks I bought but the bikini top was way too small for my bride. The sizing chart was off and now their return policy and process is just awful. Bad customer experience. I should have read others' reviews first. Not worth the premium price for terrible experience.

7/17/2026 UPDATE Ok I initially had the above experience and trying to return two items on my phone and desktop both sucked. However, they did answer me quickly, helped me to get this processed properly and even expedited the exchange items before our trip. The item we wanted was sold out in the size we needed, but my wife is super happy with the replacement bikini. She looks great in it and the quality is good. The trunks I bought were amazing quality and fit from the beginning. I am happy, they resolved this quickly and I would purchase again.

Placed an order at the end of the month. Was told it would arrive in 3 days. I didn't ship until 11 days after the order was purchased. 8 days after the estimated delivery date. When emailing with support, they stopped responding to me, ignored 4 of my emails, support chats on their website, and comments on their social media posts. Interestingly, they seemed to stop replying right when I brought up canceling the order. Then multiple days later while I'm still trying to reach them, I receive an email saying it was shipped.

I had already mentioned that the delivery date was far after the time that I needed it (already). But they wanted the $90 that bad I guess.

I'll be returning the suit. You don't get my money. And I'll be blasting this every opportunity I can. Awful company.

I had ordered a swimsuit and they got back to me quickly that the one I ordered was out of stock in that color & I could either order another suit or get my money back. I chose another color and ordered it and it came quickly which I appreciated and they communicated quickly with me when I had a question great service and product. 5 stars in my opinion!

I had an issue with my brand new shorts that I’d just purchased. They assessed the issue and ended up sending a new pair to replace them. It was the right thing to do, and I appreciate them acting on this so quickly. I will be a repeat customer.

I initially ordered a size that turned out to be too large, but I was immediately impressed by the quality of the product.

I contacted customer service and after confirming that the item was in perfect condition (no damage, all labels attached, and the original packaging intact), I received exceptional support. Although it was peak season and the first response took a little longer than usual, my experience with the support team (especially Regine) was nothing short of excellent.

If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would. The product quality is outstanding, and the customer service is truly exemplary. More companies should take note.

The only minor downside was the return shipping cost from the EU to the US, which came to around €30. However, I don't believe that's something that should be held against Tucann.

Overall: 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

These shorts are perfect. I love how they have a flat waist band in the front and crinkled in the back for a form fitting feel. The 7inch length is perfect for me. Just wish they were a little bit less expensive. Hands down the best swimming shorts I've owned.

Going thru the same situation as a number of others. While I give the organization credit for great marketing and customer acquistion they should receive an equally big swift kick in the rear for crappy return breakage policy hoping to wear their customers out from sending product back. They are wildly overpriced for a product that doesn't require a retail storefront for starters. I submitted several pictures and they are slow to respond. Do better Tucann!
