I've ordered two rounds of shirts from them and they are super comfortable. I did have to go a size up because they are an athletic type fit, but I love them. They are comfortable to wear all day and I always get complements.

Zero stars would be preferred.
they stated they had a 14 day return policy.
the shirts did not fit, not was the quality there.
When contacted they said I was outside of the 14 days, which seemed to be a default answer.
They were delivered on the 8th and the refund was requested on the 14th.
Then they said no refund on sales items. Look I bought 3 shorts, tried one on and put them all in the bag. Now they refuse to honor their refund policy.
Do not do business with this company.

Fraud company.
I ordered months ago, my delivery never arrived, and after sending many emails every month they still didn’t refund my money.
I ordered four shirts and completely lost my money.
Very bad service.
They are worse people I ever dealt with

Sizing is absolutely horrible.
Chinese Company so everything is very small.
I ordered an XXL and it is the size of maybe a normal medium shirt. Needless to say now they are giving me an issue about returning the items claiming it was a sale item.
This is a complete scam.on their part. Product sizes are completely misrepresented.

Goedkope super stretchy shirts die inderdaad kreukvrij blijven gedurende de dag.
Jammer is dat de kwaliteit samen hangt met de prijs. Ik heb 3 shirts aangeschaft en alle 3 beginnen ze al na 4 weken slijtage plekken te vertonen links op de borst en rechts op de buik.
Shirts hadden ook wel wat langer gemogen zodat ze ook prettiger weggestopt blijven. Ook duurt de levering behoorlijk lang.

I ordered three shirts, and one did not match the color that was presented online. I reached out to customer service who promptly acknowledged the fact of the mismatch, and let me order another shirt for the cost of shipping while keeping the shirt that didn’t match. Customer service promptly answers you when you reach out.

First of all, I want to express that the members of customer support that I’ve spoken with have been lovely and I’m sure they’re just doing their jobs and following protocol. But when I received the shirt and fresh out the bag it had a black grease stain on the shoulder, I would have expected to be able to return the shirt for a refund. That wasn’t an option given to me. I was told I could wash the shirt myself and receive a discount, which I attempted to do, or to get a replacement sent. I ended up going with the replacement, as I couldn’t get the stain out myself. What was clearly a shipping or manufacturer error should be eligible for a return.

Tone Tec was extremely helpful when I requested some assistance with the products I received. They have gone above and beyond and therefore earned my trust. Their shirts are also extremely useful for work. Definitely recommend trying them out!

This is an excellent fitting shirt, and it looks great. I got a compliment the first day I wore it.

I am a thin person, it is hard for me to find good shirts that fits.

It is a cheap shirt that is not whatever super luxury quality, but if you know that is what you are getting, it is an excellent shirt. I just bought 3 more.

It is an excellent looking shirt for normal guys who are not gazillionaires. I knew what it would be going into it, and I am extremely pleased. Good job Tone Tec, you are now in my rotation of like 3-4 similar brands along side True Classic Tees, and Public Rec.

Shirts are high quality, love the stretch and feeling. Collar is holding strong after washing, big fan so far.

Ordered 3 shirts bundle in size M.
One came damaged with scratches on its back.
I wanted to make a return / exchange as per the company’s own terms on their website.
Contacted customer support via email 3 times and no response whatsoever and it’s been over a month now!
The shipping label has the sender name of a private person rather the company’s name which makes it even more suspicious!

Probably a scam selling cheap and low quality goods under a false premise and misleading advertisement.

NOT RECOMMENDED. AVOID.

SCAM! Quality of shirt is garbage. Return policies are written as such that refunds are negated as EVERYTHING is ALWAYS on "SALE"... Don't buy into the hype!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I ordered 3 shirts, typically wear size XL and when they arrived the shirts were nothing like what was advertised in the pictures or videos. It was like the XL shirts were Medium in size. Working with Tone Tec to return the product I have absolutely no use for was very challenging. Because I ordered 3 shirts under the 'sale' I was informed that their policy that 'all sale items are Final Sale and are eligible for exchange or store credit only.' Customer service was very quick to point out their policies and to offer a discount, then offer more of a discount if I keep the product. Ultimately, I was informed that I will not get my money back for what I purchased and I was responsible for returning the product, so now I am out $120. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND FINDING SHIRTS ELSEWHERE! I WOULD RUN FAST AND FAR AWAY FROM PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT!

My parcel was delivered at a wrong address but Tone Tec resolved this for me in the best way: The resend the parcel to the correct address. I have not seen the blouses yet, but will post another review if that's good too.

Quality of the shirts are thin, they are stretchy and seem to hold up but stitching is not clean, collar is super thin and not ideal for wearing with a tie. Returns are not feasible and out of own costs. They do not accept refunds except exchanges or store credit.

Wir haben ein Hemd bestellt,wo leider ein Knopf fehlte. Das kann passieren. Ich kontaktierte den Shop und bekam schnell eine Rückantwort und Ersatz. Das ist wirklich ein toller Kundenservice.
Das Hemd an sich ist toll, fühlt sich gut an und meinem Sohn gefällt es wunderbar.
