AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Very poor customer service and refusal to honour UK consumer rights.
I received items that were not of satisfactory quality and requested a return and full refund. Despite multiple polite emails, the company repeatedly refused to provide a full refund and instead attempted to pressure me into accepting partial refunds (30%, then 70%) or store credit.
They repeatedly hid behind their internal “sale items” policy, despite being informed that under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, sale items are not exempt from the requirement to be of satisfactory quality, and consumers are legally entitled to a full refund for faulty or substandard goods.
I made it clear I was happy to return the items at my own cost, yet this was still refused unless I accepted a partial refund. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and left me feeling that the company deliberately ignores statutory consumer rights.
I would strongly advise UK customers to be cautious, particularly if something goes wrong with an order.
