Ordered 2 weeks ago, my card was charged immediately, received a shipping notification -- and then nothing. The USPS never got the shipment, and the company hasn't answered my inquiries. Scam.

I've found that Sprinkle Go works amazingly well in coffee so the caffeine and sativa kick start my day out with a great smooth boost. Of energy. After work I wind down Chill or mood boost for afternoons. The Sleep is great in sleepy time tea with a little honey. Don't take my word for it. You've GOT to try these tourself

I tried sprinkles, sleep powder and found it very effective! I’m often in my own head when I am trying to sleep and this made a difference. Recommend for sure. Also love their go powder for the daytime.

I have been trying to get my order and all I get is bogus shipping labels created.. no response to email, no response top tickets, only response will be here for all to see that they look like they are doing something. Begged me to take down bad review because they created an overnight UPS label.. still says hasn't been picked up, get an email telling its been picked up UPS takes while to update (BS) a day later, no change, told they would refund money, nothing.. I am initiating a fraud investigation.. DO NOT TRUST

Not gonna lie, I've had trouble sleeping for a while now, so I wasn't expecting much. But Sprinkle SLEEP has been a game changer. It's not like a knock-you-out kind of feeling - more like your body just naturally winds down and you actually stay asleep through the night.

Sprinkle Sleep really is tasteless, I mixed with juice and tasted nothing. Not even a powdery taste. Gave me a nice sleepy buzz that sent me off to sleep and kept me to sleep. Worked just as well as the high dollar stuff!

It’s the best and has become a daily drink for me.

I placed my order two weeks ago and still haven’t received it. There is no tracking information available, and despite sending multiple requests for an update, I haven’t received a response. The company also doesn’t provide a customer service phone number, making it nearly impossible to get help. This has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend ordering from this company based on the lack of communication and customer support.

I placed an order on 6/21 and received a shipping confirmation on 6/22. The shipment has not moved. It's still in AZ. I sent an email for an update almost 72 hours ago and have received no response (even though their website says they'll be in touch within 24 hours). I'm about to file a claim with my credit card company.

Edit 7/4/26- I received an email update and the order is now moving, but the eta is 7/10... which is definitely not overnight shipping as noted.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Was told I would receive in 3-4 business days. But as of today, the order hasn’t been filled or shipped. But my credit card sure got promptly charged!! Little to no response from the company.

I love that there is a tasteless formula on the market now to measure your own dose for any beverage of your choice. I also love the price! Buying sprinkle in bulk is much more cost-efficient than purchasing individually canned. THC-A beverages

I have responded 8 to 10 times to the sprinkle website, the only reply I get is "we will reach out to you in 24 hours. You reach out and tell me to message at the website, and you will take care of any issues. It's a vicious circle. You have over 400 dollars of my money nothing has been shipped since the order on 6/20/26. Please do something please. you guys have fallen completely off the radar and appear to be in the scam/stealing business. I left phone numbers, there's nothing more I can but got to the bank and file a claim maybe I can get something for that. Horrible horrible business practices.

I also placed an order on 6/25. I questioned through email about the slow shipping. And was told I should see movement this week. Its Wednesday 7/1 and the status is the same. "Label created waiting for item" I've tried to contact customer service again but have received no response. Its been 6 days with no response and no movement of the product.

I ordered their bulk product and was given a shipping confirmation email the next day. The tracking ID has been at "Label Created"-"USPS Awaiting Item" for more than a week. I sent in multiple messages through their online only help service and each time a claim is made (via an obvious cut and paste response) it will now move, and it never does. I was hoping to have this for our 4th of July party, and apparently that won't happen. I also ordered from Easy hemp the same day and received the order promptly. Return my money if you are unable to ship the product,

Well Sprinkle did come back with a reply. But as of yet, nothing has materialized. Tracking ID still is at "Label Created", and no correspondence or emails. Let me explain the issue with this system. If you have an issue, you can send an email. Mine was the Tracking ID sits at "Label Created". I used their help interface (no phone number) and explained the issue in detail. Around 2 days later an email arrives saying we are sorry, etc. and then its says I will send a message to shipping and you should see movement very soon. Well I wait, nothing happens. I send another email help message, after a day, and in essence the same thing happens, and now i see the same exact message from the help person, so it is just a cut and paste. I have done this 4 times, with the same results. There is no way to get any real human interaction.
