Ordering process is simple and quick. However, delivery time sometimes is delayed which knocks off 2 stars from it.

Better food choices now, easier to book now, as you allow a few days booking ahead of time.

Timely food delivery

We are getting ordered food on time, limited choices available from restaurant menu. Idea is nice, also good that you can top up and order more pricy options, however drinks are usually unreasonably expensive, not possible to top up below one dollar

Good UI/UX but food selection is not great and gets repetitive. Would be good to have hawker choices as well, rather than the salad choices which are over priced.

I’ve been ordering from SmartBite for some time now and I’m really happy with the quality. The meals are well-balanced, portion sizes are satisfying, and the ingredients taste fresh.
I also appreciate that the meals are not too oily or overly salty. Overall, a great option for anyone looking for nutritious and convenient food choices.

Terrible customer service experience. There was a time whereby a Smartbite Ops member told me my lunch was left out intentionally by a vendor (Phovietz) and I should just file for a refund. I requested for the refund on the platform plus sent 2-3 emails to the concierge smartbite email but received zero responses

As of today, I have ordered from SmartBite 6 times and pending today and tomorrow +2 times.

My company is ~ 80Pax and has been using SmartBite for our lunch catering; with 4 x different restaurants daily.

This site/app has been very helpful for a few reasons:
-The food comes prelabelled, and avoids confusion as to who belongs to which vegetarian, non-veg, or dietary option.

-The choices are simple to upgrade/top up with additional money, if you exceed the dally allowance

-We can suggest additional food options and let the site deal with adding them.

So far, the deliveries have been consistent and on time.

Would recommend this app for companies looking to provide lunch benefits to their employees.

I’ve had a great experience using SmartCanteen and SmartBite. The system is easy to use, convenient, and really helps streamline daily meal purchases. Everything runs smoothly and saves a lot of time. Highly recommended!

App and web app has gotten improvements. Layout still has got a long way to go to become really friendly. Laughable when its heavily trafficked when our office orders food

Great variety of food and it’s convenient as they deliver directly to our office, making it easy for us to enjoy meals anytime. Hopefully there will be more new restaurants available in Smartbite in the future.

Great option to order whether from home or in the office. My company use this app for employee meal once a week. Been using this website quite a while and its user friendly and very easy to use. Tons of restaurant to choose from

SmartBite helps us save so much time when it comes to food delivery, and there's plenty of options to choose from daily. It's easy to order food via their platform - so far so good!

User friendly platform, great for bulk orders and food tastes good. But sometime the delivery can be slightly late.

SmartBite is a good platform but i would suggest if they add more choices on Halal Food & Malaysian food (Nasi Kerabu, Nasi Tomato etc).

My company uses smartbite for employee meal option once weekly. Its convenient and easy to navigate. Provides multiple options and user friendly. Recommended for company to use to provide meal benefit to employees.
