I have 3 grandchildren with ADHD who live with me. I did have reservations about yet another gummy and it did seem quite expensive. However, I decided to give them a go and I’m really pleased I have. My mornings have become more manageable and I have had positive feedback from school. Obviously we have blips but nothing like I’ve experienced in the past I am definitely going to continue with them

Our son went from wetting the bed 5-6 nights a week to only 2-3 times the entire first month while taking the saffron gummies. He LOVES the taste and is very picky. We didn’t purchase for mood but I do feel like overall his mood is more mellow and stable after school.

My daughter has been using Saphire as part of her morning routine for several weeks. I have noticed she seems a little more settled when moving from one task to another. I also like that taking them isn't another argument.

My daughter likes having them after breakfast and gets very annoyed if her brother thinks they are ordinary candy. She takes her two and makes sure the bottle goes straight back in the cupboard.

Feels very scam-like when it comes to trying to cancel your subscription. I had to email repeatedly, and they wouldn't assist me. They continued to send me the same email over and over. The cancellation page is not user intuitive and they use language that makes you think you shouldn't click that button to cancel. NO help at all. Would not recommend at all given how unfriendly the staff is. NO good.

I can notice a definite difference in my child’s mood and behavior. She is much more calm and not as impulsive.

Do not order from this company. They will not cancel or adjust your order even after contacting the immediately. There is no way to cancel!

First of all, my extremely picky grandson loves these gummies! So that's half the battle.
He has started having trouble at school and on the bus, using language he picked up somewhere. I realized he was acting out in situations that were stressful to him. He just finished his first bag and I have noticed he's calmer and happier. His teacher commented on it, too. These gummies are making a big difference!

STAY AWAY!!!! I placed my order on September 18 and today is October 1. I still haven’t received my product and I had emailed them several times because there wasn’t any tracking information. I finally asked to just cancel my order because I found another brand (much better, btw) that processed my order and I received last week. They said they couldn’t cancel because the order had already been processed…which clearly, it hadn’t because it hadn’t been shipped. They then decided to send an email to the warehouse to expedite my order instead of canceling it. As of yesterday, my order finally shipped. To add to the frustration, the evening I placed the order, I immediately began receiving robo calls from them saying that something went wrong with my order and to call them back. I immediately sent them an email asking about it and they said the order was fine and not to worry. I have continued to receive these calls and voicemails to the extent that I had to block the number. I will immediately be returning the product the moment it arrives…and I will be unsubscribing from the several email I’ve been getting asking how I like the product, etc…especially, since I have no product.

P.S. Their website must be full of fake reviews because they have almost 5 stars. There’s no way to leave a review on their website either. This is the only place to leave one and the reviews are significantly lower than what they show on their website. They clearly have SEVERAL unhappy customers…pretty sure that’s considered false advertising. Just saying.

They take a long time to respond AND I have asked them many many times to cancel my subscription and no one can seem to do something so simple. Not only did they not cancel - they keep charging me and shipping it to me. Scammers.

It is still hard to tell, but I believe things are getting better. We have a unique situation as the child is from a recently broken family. Only getting chews on weekdays with me. Sometimes in morning sometimes in afternoon. He has been taking them for 5 weeks.

They are nothing but thieves and scammers. When you make your first purchase, they offer you a subscription; I didn't accept it, yet they signed me up for monthly payments anyway—without my consent. I didn't even realize they were charging me month after month for the product without my authorization. I had hoped it would work, but given how they rip people off, it's better not to even give the gummies to my son; they simply cannot be trusted.💔

I would not recommend ordering from Saphire Saffron based on my experience. I placed order on September 21, 2026, and as of September 29, my order still had not shipped.

Their website states that orders generally ship within 3–5 business days, with 24–48 hours of processing time. After waiting, I contacted customer service multiple times and requested that my order be canceled and that I receive a full refund. I have now requested a refund four times and still have not received confirmation that my refund has been processed.

I spoke with Alisha from Saphire Saffron and clearly explained that I no longer wanted the order and wanted it canceled. Instead of simply canceling the order, I was repeatedly told that they would contact the warehouse and prioritize my order for shipment. I was told, “We will reach out to our warehouse team and ask them to prioritize your order for processing and shipment.”

I never asked them to prioritize or expedite the order. I asked them to CANCEL it and issue my refund.

My biggest issue is the lack of resolution after repeatedly requesting a cancellation and refund. I have kept records of my order, communications, refund requests, and tracking information.

I am now seeking assistance through the BBB to get my order canceled and my refund. Based on my experience, I would recommend being very cautious and making sure you understand the company's cancellation and refund process before placing an order.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I signed up for a monthly subscription (one packaged a month) and they started sending and charging me for 3 packages a month. I then skipped this last month because I had 8 months worth of product on hand (I only have 1 child), they confirmed I skipped, AND THEN CHARGED ME ANYWAY! I’m out of pocket $127 this month and they are refusing to give me a refund even though I have proof I skipped. They just keep sending me the same lame cookie cutter email response. DO NOT BUY!!! If a class action lawsuit gets started, I’m joining.

DO NOT BUY THESE UNLESS YOU LIKE SPENDING A TON OF MONEY! They are some what helpful for ADHD, but they will not stop charging your card no matter how much you ask them! I got so many bags and told them to stop. I have been trying to stop them from hitting my account since February 2026. I even cut off my credit card and got a new one so they can no longer charge my account. Today ( Sept. 28, 2026) I got an email saying my payment failed. I have emailed them multiple times and they keep saying...we will forward this and get it taken care of... they lie!

I wanted to try these supplements for my son’s adhd. They didn’t work for him. I never subscribe to anything until I’ve tried it but a month later they took money out of my account for another months worth. I emailed to say I had not subscribed but they said I had. I cancelled the payment through my bank but they tried to take the money again the following month. I emailed again saying I don’t want a subscription and they said I had to cancel subscription through their website. When you finally find the cancel subscription in ‘my account’ it takes you to another page which just says skip or delay order! So I have still not been able to cancel. Do not use this company!!

This company is a nightmare!!! When I decided I wanted to cancel my subscription, I sent no less than four or five emails for two consecutive months, being falsely reassured by two different people that my subscription would be canceled. I ended up having to call my bank and put a stop payment against them. Just got a notification that they tried to run the subscription again! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would!!!!

The customer service is quick to respond & helpful! This product works great! Give it a week or so and I'm sure you will also see the difference in your child! Keep up the great work!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Sapphire Saffron has been profoundly disappointing. The saffron gummies did not work for our family, but the company’s deceptive billing practices and poor customer service are the real issues.

After purchasing what (I thought) was a one-time three-month supply to test the product, I was unknowingly locked into an ongoing monthly subscription. When I caught the error and contacted their representatives, I was explicitly assured the subscription was canceled, the order was stopped, and I would not be charged. That was entirely false. I was charged anyway, the product shipped, and exactly 30 days later, I was billed yet again.

The company has refused to refund either of these unauthorized charges and has completely failed to honor the "money-back guarantee" prominently advertised on their website. Between the ineffective product and the predatory subscription model, I highly recommend avoiding this company.

First of all, the chews don't work.

Second of all, I have tried to cancel my subscription 2 times and they continue to charge my card. I have reached out multiple times and they do NOTHING. I am extremely disappointed.
