Our two youngest kids love them, and I even sneak a few (to much dismay of my wife). Not 100% sure they’re doing much right now, maybe it was chance, but the first night my daughter slept longest she has ever slept to date. I’ll blame the chews as it was my idea hahaha. Looking forward to the next batch to see if the transformation is more dramatic. Both kids have ADHD and the middle child is AuDHD with adversity to foods and he loves them. (Always a gamble).

Definitely much calmer for my 11 year old. Love these!

Title: Terrible Customer Service – Impossible to Cancel My Subscription!

I am extremely disappointed with Saphire Happy Chews and the way this company handles subscription cancellations.

I have been trying to cancel my monthly subscription, but despite sending multiple emails requesting cancellation, the company has failed to resolve the issue.

I also contacted Shop support, but they informed me that my purchase was processed directly by Saphire and that only the company can cancel the recurring subscription.

It is unacceptable that subscribing is so easy, yet canceling becomes such a frustrating and stressful experience.

I should not have to repeatedly contact a company just to stop recurring payments for a product I no longer wish to receive.

I am publicly requesting that Saphire immediately cancel my subscription, confirm the cancellation in writing, and ensure that no further charges are made to my payment method.

I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before subscribing to this company. Customer service and the ability to cancel a subscription should be basic consumer rights.

I can’t even Select a star low enough. Scammed the heck out of me at an already low time in life with a 90 day subscription (which I thought I’d cancelled) and took close to $200 2 weeks in row and left me majorly short. Requested the cancelled order and refund as the address was sent to my mums which I couldn’t access. So didn’t even receive their waste of money gummies that didn’t even work. Do not ever use.

My son usually complains about anything that feels obviously like a supplement. Powders become a discussion and tablets are completely out of the question. With these he just eats the gummies and moves on with breakfast. It feels much more normal and effortless for both of us.

Horrible customer service and results aren't accurate. I would never do business with this company again. Avoid at all costs.

I like that Saphire doesn't try to hide behind a huge ingredient list. The saffron dose is clearly stated the batches are third party tested and there are no artificial dyes. It made me much more comfortable trying it with my daughter.

My daughter is very suspicious of anything new especially when it comes to taste and texture. She smelled the gummy first took the tiniest possible bite and then immediately asked for the rest. I had prepared myself for a much bigger struggle. Instead introducing them was surprisingly easy.

Exercise caution when buying. They will sign you up for a subscription when you make the first purchase and the first you realise of this is when the next payment comes out of your account.
Their response time to my email asking them to cancel the second order was 4 days meaning it had been dispatched long before they responded.
Item was apparently dispatched on a Sunday and they responded to my email overnight Thursday/Friday.
Product didn't work for my son

Hate to see the reviews are so mixed, but it appears the customer experience portion has been the problem for most, not the product.
Ordering, payment, shipping, etc. all easy and fast. Just started taking today, but after reading the research I am hopeful. When you’ve tried it all and you’re frustrated, I understand the anger that boils up when there are road bumps and you are just trying to help your kid. You are a great parent. Take a deep breath, pray, and be there for your kid…..whether or not the product works, your reactions play a big role too.

Customer service has been great. My granddaughter really likes the taste. She's only been on them for 4 days so it's too early to see a difference.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered it 28 days ago, got confirmation that it was ordered. They literally never shipped anything. Still haven't received anything, or any tracking information. I cancelled the subscription that you automatically get signed up for. They had no problem taking the money out right away. This company has to be fake and I feel bad for all the people getting scammed by it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Amazing product But I placed an order for 3 plus 2 and 3 weeks later still has not been shipped. I have contacted the company with 6 emails no reply. I am so desperate as this worked so fantastic for my granddaughters.

My daughter has gone through powders liquids and chewables that all ended up untouched. She actually likes these gummies. I am just glad I no longer have to negotiate every morning.

Very good! My son loves the taste and we are on day 5! No major meltdowns but we shall see how he does within 2 weeks!!

My daughter used to complain every time she saw her old supplement powder. She now takes her gummies and moves on with the morning. Much easier for both of us.

If I could give zero I would. I ordered these gummies and it took over two weeks for them to arrive, when speaking to customer service they couldn't find my order yet had taken money out of my account. Then a further £30 was taken from my account with out my consent. An order had been processed and money taken.. I did not do this. I checked and there was no subscription set up yet the money had been taken and order placed. They also refused to refund me that payment. I will never order from this company again.

These gummies have helped my son stay dry at night after being a bedwetter for 12 years. I had read somewhere that the vitamin D and saffron supports the brain-bladder connection, and I am happy to report that it has worked for us!

I have 3 grandchildren with ADHD who live with me. I did have reservations about yet another gummy and it did seem quite expensive. However, I decided to give them a go and I’m really pleased I have. My mornings have become more manageable and I have had positive feedback from school. Obviously we have blips but nothing like I’ve experienced in the past I am definitely going to continue with them

Our son went from wetting the bed 5-6 nights a week to only 2-3 times the entire first month while taking the saffron gummies. He LOVES the taste and is very picky. We didn’t purchase for mood but I do feel like overall his mood is more mellow and stable after school.
