I purchased and soon received a pair of Ravine Field Ops Pro which were sadly larger than I hoped they'd be and inquired about their return. Ravine CS replied within 12 hours and my refund was promptly approved after 1 email exchange.
ERGO I couldn't be happier. Thank you and kudos to Ms. Charlotte of Ravine Customer Service!
Ordered June 18 they immediately took 158 where the are they
Said 2 day delivery from a US company... A week later has not yet cleared customs

I can't comment on the product, but the customer service was great. I had an issue with my order and Charlotte took care of it quickly and with no hassle.
Did not like them asked to return for a refund they said ok But only refunded 124.99 of my 159.98 payment They still owe me 34.99 sent an E mail to complain and never heard back from them
These earbuds are a joke. Upon receiving them I followed the very brief instructions to charge. After having them plugged in overnight, tried to turn them on and all they would do is “beep” occasionally but never amplified. Put them (back on charge) and tried again the following day. This time would not beep nor turn on. JUNK!!! Also the various ear canal plugs they provide are all cheap flimsy plastic that falls out of your ears easily. Again JUNK!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Product is junk. And can't get any service at all. Even if u if they say full refund if not satisfied. What a joke can't get in contact with them
Marketing states they are Wisconsin based but the product ships from China. Would not have purchased knowing this. We'll see how the product is when it comes.
