De momento no está siendo una buena…
De momento no está siendo una buena experiencia, ya que el pedido lo realicé el 16 de octubre y aún no lo he recibido.
Tampoco puedo acceder al seguimiento del paquete de ninguna forma.
Aunque si que me habéis dicho que está en Madrid y agradezco esta información, pero... cuando va a llegar?
Después de esto , no creo que vuelva a comprar nada más a no ser que mejoren estos puntos mencionados.

Von meinen zwei bestellten Parfum Samples ist eines zerbrochen angekommen. Der Kundensupport hat mir per Mail zugesagt, dass ich es erneut geschickt bekomme, plus ein sample als Geschenk/Entschädigung aber es wurde sich dann nie wieder gemeldet, auch nicht auf mehrere Nachfragen von mir und ich warte bis heute noch auf meine Neusendung. Bei den Preisen für diese kleinen samples ist das eine Frechheit und absolut unprofessionell. Ich würde jedem davon abraten, bei diesem shop zu bestellen. Es gibt genug andere Webshops, wo sowas nicht passiert bzw wenn, der Kundensupport adäquat reagiert.

Experiencia satisfactoria
Tanto la experiencia de compra, como el producto que ha llegado han sido correctas. Pongo cuatro estrellas en vez de cinco, ya que el perfume (en mi opinión) vino sin protección plástica y aunque llegó en perfectas condiciones, me pregunto qué habría pasado si el pedido hubiese consistido en más unidades. Otra cosa que al menos en mi caso no ha funcionado en todo el tiempo que estuvo en tránsito el paquete (9 días) fue el seguimiento por parte de la compañía de envío. No tuve ninguna información al respecto en todo el tiempo. Cuando me puse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente de la página, me contestaron enseguida, y enseguida llegó también el paquete.

I would say - standard service. Don't get me wrong, there was nothing special. I have ordered, item arrived. Standard packaging. Just normal. What I can highligh is that they send to Slovakia. That's really good. I could not get here 10ml version of Tiziana Terenzi Kirke. Overall I recommend this shop

Package lost or scam?
Comment edit. I never recieved the samples because the spanish transport company is an absolute mess. Try your sent has credit back the purchase.
15 days after the purchase impossible to know where the package is. Still waiting for a reply from the sender and the courrier to get an ETA.
