I purchased $72 worth of books. They took the money sraight out of my account on September 21 2026 I never received a confirmation # nor the products. So pissed off. Never again. I would love to get my product or get a refund
Order placed Sept 2nd, 2026. I only just received 1/2 the order and when I asked when I can expect the other 1/2 was told the company is going out of business and I won’t be receiving it. Lesson learned.
NEVER AGAIN - this is a scam operation that has pulled many of us into their pit. It has been over 2 months and now they have blocked me from sending emails. Never received my product but told me that it was in transit! I will tell you to double check where companies send their items from - NEVER use a company that ships from China and ALWAYS check your credit card statements. In fact this company is not even deserving of a 1 star. Just because you think that all companies that are aligned with SHOP or SHOPIFY are good, think again
I ordered from this company. They charged my credit card and never received my books.
Do not buy from this company. The product they show and what you recieve aren't the same and try blame it on packaging manufacturer issues. They offer a refund that never appears. They continously state in emails they will respond in 24hrs. That time comes and goes. Ive raised a dispute with my bank and reporting this company. Stay clear of trynerelle!
I paid for an order on their website since the 04/04/26. This was a one off payment for my order, apart from the fact that the items have not been delivered up till now, I have emailed them with 2 of the email addresses on their website and on the order email I received, but no one has responded even though both emails delivered.
They also automatically set me up on a monthly based subscription that I did not consent to. I have also sent them several emails to cancel the subscription but no one has responded. I have sent at least 4 emails at different times since I made the purchase.
No items yet, and the unwanted subscription has not been cancelled and no response from the Nerelle. It’s absurd and ridiculous
