Would not honour their 90 day guarantee.

I emailed a few days after purchase as the quality for almost $80 AUD was very poor - they told me to give the pillow a two week "adjustment period" and to fluff it up.

I did this, emailed again wanting to return it under their 90 day guarantee. They emailed me back the same AI / generic response about the "adjustment period" and fluffing the darn thing.

I emailed a third time. They told me the guarantee was now 30 days and that too much time had passed for me to make a return. Meanwhile their 90 day guarantee is literally on my receipt when I click on the Shopify link in my email confirmation.

Now their website is "under construction". I think they're operating under a new scam site.

These guys are complete con artists. Do not buy from them!!!

Would not honor their 90-day money-back guarantee

I ordered a Needo pillow on June 27, 2026 (Order #9394). After receiving it, I was disappointed with the quality and contacted the company on August 21 while I was still well within their advertised 90-day money-back guarantee.

I also asked for more information about the materials used in the pillow because I had concerns about the quality of what I received. They never responded to my questions about the materials.

Instead, they told me they could not locate my order. I sent them a screenshot of the actual order-confirmation email Needo sent me immediately after my purchase, clearly showing my order number and confirming the purchase. They replied on August 22 saying they still could not find it and could not help me.

I followed up again on August 23 and pointed out that I had provided their own confirmation email as proof of my order. They responded again saying they could not locate the order and therefore could not assist me.

I contacted them multiple times, provided clear proof of purchase, and requested help within their stated 90-day guarantee period, yet they would not honor the guarantee or provide a refund. I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card company.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Needo Product Review

Think twice before ordering.

I want other customers to be aware of my experience with Needo. Their return policy mentions 60-day returns, but based on my experience, I found the policy to be misleading.

I placed my order on August 3, and it is now almost three weeks later. The package still hasn’t even left LAX. When I first contacted customer service, they said they couldn’t find my order. Later, I was told that orders sometimes get delayed and that I should simply be patient. Then, when I asked about a refund because of the excessive delay, I was told that I couldn’t return the product for a refund because the delay wasn’t their fault.

This isn’t simply about customer satisfaction or changing my mind. The issue is that the order has taken an unreasonable amount of time to arrive, and the response I received made me question what their advertised 60-day return policy actually means in practice.

To anyone considering investing in these pillows, please think twice and read the return policy carefully. My experience with the order and customer service has been extremely disappointing.

BEWARE I still haven’t gotten my order. I think this is a huge scam. At first customer service tried to say it was delivered and kept “trying” to send me proof of delivery photos that conveniently never came through. They finally said they’d send me a replacement but I have followed up 5 or 6 times asking for a confirmation and they stopped responding. DO NOT give your money to they con artists

Heads up if anyone’s considering the Needo pillow…. the pillow itself isn’t very supportive (tried it with my kids too, no luck). But the real red flag was their “money back guarantee.” It’s on their site, but it’s not real. They only do partial refunds/exchanges and won’t take back opened items, which goes against what they advertise. Wanted to warn people before they buy based on that promise.
If a company is going to promise a guarantee, they should honor it. Misleading customers about return policies is a serious problem, not just a minor inconvenience. I would not purchase from this company again, and I’d recommend doing your research before trusting their guarantee claims.
