I already bought the Go Brush Pro which is great and was excited to try the Go Curl Pro but when I received it wouldn't charge.
Ella is working with me on getting a new one.
Normally you have to return the item but Ella waived that,
I am happy to say they stand behind their products!

If I could give this company 10 negative stars I would!!!! They are horrible! 30 day money back guarantee is a joke!!!! I have been going back and forth with them for weeks and still no return label or a refund!!! Beware of this company! They are a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

GoBrushPro did not really work on my hair — too fine and thin. But don’t believe the money back guarantee. You have to return the item, at your expense, to China to get a refund. Otherwise you can keep the product and they’ll give you a 30% refund. I don’t consider that a “money back guarantee”!

I was unhappy that the pouch wasn't included in my order, to make things right Aaron offered me a 20% refund of my original purchase price, which I accepted.

I contacted Flown by email with questions about my Numoya heated brush. I received a thorough response from Aaron B. with tips and suggestions for optimal use for the device. I appreciate the great customer service!

The curler is nothing like the one shown on Facebook. When I asked about returning, was told to ship to China. Difficult to get a straight answer out of anyone. Poor customer service. Crappy junk product

I receive a defective Flown product and have tried very unsuccessfully to get it resolved. I have exchanged numerous emails with them and asked for address to return product and they just want to send me manuels on how to operate and want me to send videos of defective product. Do Not buy from this company. Their phone number is no longer in service.

I purchased a Go Curl Pro for some upcoming travel. Although I loved the curl it produced I found it took a bit of time to do my entire head. Marie from customer service offered me a replacement product at no extra cost. She was excellent in her timely response and all correspondence. I ended up with the Go Brush Pro, which I think will be a better choice for my needs.

Fantastic Customer Service & A Great Tool!
I absolutely love my new GoPro! It makes morning styling incredibly quick and easy.
However, I was initially disappointed when the charge lasted less than 10 minutes. I reached out to customer service and connected with Carol at Flown. She got back to me within 24 hours, was completely understanding of the situation, and is sending me a brand-new one at no additional cost.
While it took a little while to arrive initially, the product itself is wonderful and the responsive, helpful customer service is highly impressive. Thank you, Carol!

I had placed an order in error and sent request to have it cancelled. Within just short period of time Darwin sent me am email stating that my request to cancel had been processed! To be honest, I expected a challenge, but Darwin too care of it right away! I’m so grateful!

Buyer Beware: Dangerous product and refund policy trap.
My hairdryer went up in smoke after its very first use—although three months after purchase. Despite this being a clear fire hazard, Flown’s customer service repeatedly emailed me stating they refuse to replace or refund any items after 30 days, "whatever the reason." This blanket policy completely disregards consumer protection and trading laws in numerous countries.
What is even more alarming is that Flown has zero interest in investigating a dangerous manufacturing fault that could easily cause a house fire. Instead, they continue to sell these hazardous items with no regard for customer safety.
Furthermore, their return policy is a trap. Even if you want to return a product within their 30-day window, you are forced to pay for return shipping to China—regardless of where you live or purchased —which often costs more than the item itself. Once you pass that 30-day mark, you lose your money entirely.
Flown has consistently ignored my online reviews and refused to deny or clarify their policies on Trustpilot. Please read my previous posts, as well as the numerous other negative reviews here, before risking your money. I will continue to post weekly updates until Flown publicly addresses their safety standards and refund policies.

Guess it was my fault for not realizing that this item is only for straightening hair. I have short hair and do not need my hair straighten. Does not do anything to help with body or curl. I requested a refund and then discovered that the item comes from Asia and they don't offer refunds except for $17 of the total price that I paid, and that I should keep the item or give it to someone else. If I wanted to keep it I wouldn't have requested a refund. Very disappointed that they don't stand behind their product to make a customer happy. Definitely won't be purchasing anything else.

Didn't get all that i ordered, customer services is passing around all the departments in the company and no one is responding.

Product is ok but not brilliant, then i find a week after ordered they are doing buy one get one free.

Feel like i have been well and truly conned.

Buyers beware, the free items did not come with the product ordered.

Darwin was extremely helpful answering my queries regarding postage charges and some technical details to do with adapters and leads. I really appreciated Darwin’s prompt, friendly and competent responses.

I had no problem getting the results from this company. Very professional with a quick response. My refund will be credited back to my credit card.

I’ve used my Flown brush twice now and it’s simple to use and get a good result. I haven’t needed to use the brush inbetween shampoos but the test will come on a day when the air is damp when my hair tends to curl. I guess not a problem if it does as I will use my brush to sort it! The company is easy and pleasant to deal with and Lester replies to my queries promptly and with courtesy. The company is a pleasure to deal with overall and the appliance does what it says on the tin!!!

Order #541141 for Go Brush Pro. I ordered this in late February 2026 but unfortunately my postcode did not appear on Google maps as it is a new build. However, I contacted customer services and with the help of Ella (who regularly kept in touch and re-ordered - very helpful) and I have now received my Go Brush Pro. I am impressed with the product. I have short fine hair which tends to frizz in hot and humid weather but it keeps my hair smooth all day. Love that I no longer burn my ears when styling. Great product and recommend.
