I cannot say enough good things about Kiroku! It’s evident that Kiroku was designed with dental practitioners in mind, as it streamlines the note-taking process, making it efficient and hassle free. The interface is clean, organised, and easy to navigate. Kiroku has comprehensive templates for various dental procedures, saving me an enormous amount of time. Furthermore, the customer support provided by the Kiroku team is exceptional. Any questions or issues are addressed promptly and professionally, ensuring that I can rely on this software without hesitation. If you are a dental professional looking to enhance your record- keeping and streamline your practice, Kiroku is the way to go. I can’t recommend it enough!

Kiroku has literally changed my life and i simply cannot live without it now. It is something that i would recommend every dentist to use. Simple and effective and If you’re looking to improve communication with the patient and at the same time make sure that your notes are as detailed as possible then KIROKU is the way to go as you can get to spend more time with patients and less time typing notes.

I had been concerned for a while as to what was deemed acceptable for clinical records and struggled to find what I felt were suitable templates. I found Kiroku on a social media and decided to trial it. I spent last weekend navigating my way round the site and thought this is going to greatly help me in my busy day. Yesterday was my first day using the templates and whilst I was initially running behind as I got used to the system by mid morning I was feeling more confident and was running back on time. I have worked out how to modify the templates to suit my personal requirements and I am delighted that I gave it a go.....well recommended 😀 👌

This is a really good piece of software that I would recommend for any practice to ensure all information is captured in the clinical record consistently and quickly. It can be tailored to your specific needs. You do have to take the time to understand how it works in order to customise it… I’m still tweaking the templates and think a bit more training is needed but so far I’m pleased with it. Reduces the time needed to write comprehensive notes considerably and prevents incomplete or inaccurate template notes that I experienced previously. Would highly recommend.

Game changer
All dentists need to use Kiroku. Easy to use and follow, saves so much time, used AI and gets smarter as you use it and very comprehensive. I’m extremely impressed with the patient reports that can easily be emailed to patients to give them information. Love it!

Kiroku has been a complete game-changer for me in the clinic. It helps me get my notes done much faster (and better too). My nurses LOVE it and are trying to get all the other dentists to sign up!

I have been using Kiroku for over a year and a half now and initially I signed up due to the 30 trial that was available just to see if it really made a difference to my working day- needless to say that I am still a paying user to this day!

Kiroku has definitely reduced the time I spend writing notes and in addition to this had made it easier for my nurses/ dental assistants to help me write down contemporaneous notes and it has made my notes more structured.

Kiroku is a staple for me as a dentist in a busy practice where the demands of my time are valuable. I can only highly recommend that every dentist gives it a try and determines for themselves if its worth it or not.
