Halo Smart Ring Arvostelua 

I ordered my ring directly from their website. I used their measuring guide for the ring size. The ring I received was way too big so I am now waiting for another ring after I waited over a month for the first ring they never did send me the rapid charging station that I paid extra for they were also supposed to send a dainty ring in an Angelica ring in the correct size which they never did I have tried contacting customer service. They are a joke. I don’t know if I ever will get this resolved. It is like running circles with this company!! I also paid for a lifetime warranty on their product, which I’m sure is also going to be a joke if and when I ever actually receive my products!!

Waiting 3 weeks to receive what was supposed to be halo ring 4 but it arrived in a halo ring 3 box. They said it’s the 4 but they didn’t have enough boxes so they sent it in a 3 box. Wtf!! Only thing that they are providing is a 50% refund. This is such a scam. The app that is used for it has the worse review too. I wish I did my research.

Very dissatisfied. I received my smart ring yesterday and attempted to charge it in three different outlets with both the separate charging case that I bought and the charger that it came with and neither one would charge the ring. It just keeps blinking red. I’ve tried to reset it like I researched, and it suggested, however, nothing worked. I reached out to support and the only thing that they would offer me is to pay to send it back and pay to restock it or give me 50% off to order another one. I just wanted a refund since I received a defective item. Very pissed at their shitty customer service. 30 day money back guarantee? False advertisement.

The ring looks very nice. The app was easy to install although, you need to manually enter information such as your blood pressure, etc. the ring does not collect the data as you would be led to believe. I ordered this ring because they ran a promotional offer receiving three free gifts, enhancers and silicon band cover to protect the band. I did not receive these. I contacted the company and it is a bait and switch. They do not send the free offers. They make up excuses as they ran out of stock and you are not guaranteed the free gifts. As for how well the ring works, I haven’t used it long enough to make a knowledgeable determination. I would say, BUYER BE WARE!

After waiting two weeks for my ring to arrive, I set it up and wore it alongside my Apple Watch to compare the data. The first night, the ring only recorded about two hours of sleep. The second night, I moved it to a tighter-fitting finger, but the results still weren't anywhere close to what my Apple Watch recorded.

I contacted customer service and followed all of their troubleshooting steps. After that, they asked me to send a video showing the problem. I explained that a video wouldn't demonstrate the issue and that I simply wanted to return the ring and receive a refund. They eventually provided a return address, but when I looked it up online, it appeared to be a residential home rather than a business address. At that point, I decided to cut my losses instead of sending it back.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company or this ring. If you're considering buying one, I suggest looking at other options first.

If I could give negative stars I would. My ring worked for less than a month. For over a month I’ve been going back and forth with customer service and have yet to receive a new ring or a refund.

They make you send a ton of videos and pictures proving it doesn’t work and then continue to do nothing while they “review” the extremely obvious.

Do not waste a CENT with these repulsive scumbag scammers.

I love the ring, although its bigger than I expected. I gave yet to get a full charge on it. It was charging for 6 hours and still showing red.

Tried on multiple occasions to get a ring that works - i bought 2 rings - one works and the other does not - no matter what app we tried. Halo required me to send a video of me charging the ring and trying the app - i dont have time for this nonsense. why would i want to keep one ring and not the other - will never purchase from them again

There is no 30 day warranty. At most they will charge you 20% "restocking" fee. Unfortuantely, they will not be around long.

Received my pink Halo ring and connected it to the charger and it only charged for under a minute and stops charging!! Charged it over night and in the morning it was still at 0%
Contacted the support team and was asked to send a few pictures and a video of connecting it to the charger and showing that it stops charging under a minute.
Getting VERY FRUSTRATED with this company and how they treat their customers. I have not heard anything back from them about what can be done or help with returning this piece of CRAP ring!
I would never buy from them again!
I have also purchased the Olevra smart ring and it works great and guess what? It works unlike the Halo ring!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I ordered 5/23 and still have not received my order.

They are a scam, as I never received my purchase after paying for it. I purchased my ring from an ad I saw on Facebook. I even googled the website to check its validity. They sent the tracking info but it hasn’t been updated in days. I contacted customer service with no response.

I didn’t like the style of the ring . I thought it was a flat round ring .

This company is clearly a scam - I ordered a ring, received it, but it would not charge. I reached out repeatedly to the email address provided and did not hear back. Finally on my 3rd attempt to make contact, someone named 'William' replied with instructions on how to attempt to charge the ring - all things I had tried. I've replied a handful of times now to 'William' and he has since ignored me. They won't provide a new ring/charger, nor will they provide a refund. They have ghosted me and stolen my money. Do not purchase from this company, it is a scam!

My halo 3 ring came and I loved it at sight. This ring has cracked after wearing it less than a week and it doesn’t stay charged for days and days. You have to charge it every 2 days. If thinking about getting this cheaper smart ring make sure to get a warranty because you will need it.

Ring took over three months to get to me at which point I was fighting with customer service to just receive a refund. Every email was AI generated or a bot, I was never able to actually talk to a person. Everything about our exchange felt extremely sketchy. Not exactly who I feel confident in when sharing my health information

I have been waiting for my order since May 6 today is May 28. I still have not received my order. It’s been in humble Texas since May 18 at this time I wish to request a cancellation for this order or a replacement item since I never received itThey keep telling me the same story over and over again. I’ve waited over a month for it, and it still hasn’t gotten to me. The customer service is so bad. They keep sending me the same shipment tracking order which is stuck in humble.

I received a dirty, used ring that doesn't function. I reached out ro customer service the same day as I received it & no response. I reached out 2 more times the next day & still no response. Please don't waste your time or money on this product, this company is a joke!!

I received the wrong ring. I have sent an email but have not gotten a response.

My wife loves her ring. Mine is not "true to size" - I ordered a size 13, but the ring I got is closer to an 11. I immediately began contacting the company via email and their site with NO response at all. I finally, after a month, went on Reddit and posted about this experience and low and behold Halo got back to me. On ly to tell me that "the item could not have been worn at all, out of the original packing at all, show no sign of use, and had to be returned in the original packaging AND I would pay a 20% restocking fee". Not sure how I was supposed to determine if it fit if I couldn't pull it out of the box. Oh and 1 other option - keep for 120 days and if the ring doesn't record measurements right (it doesn't fit any of my fingers) then I can return it as faulty for a replacement. I agree with the other review on here that it did TAKE FOREVER to get the ring. Oh and they were pretty good at keeping us who had done the early purchase informed as to delays and etc. But again after receipt - NOTHING until I wrote a negative report (which they immediately took down).
