The original order #GO30106 (Dec 11, 2025) was placed as a single bottle purchase — we shared the original order confirmation email with Khaleel as evidence. However, a follow-up email from our team incorrectly stated "Buy 1 Get 1 Free", and we take full responsibility for that.
We have issued a complete refund on order #GO30106 and separately sent two complimentary bottles under order #GO34581 (delivered on Feb 17) at no charge. KA has thus received three bottles at zero cost.

I just came across your review and I'm really sorry this happened to you - that's completely unacceptable and I understand why you're frustrated. You ordered 2 items, paid for 2 items, and should have received 2 items. No excuses for that.
I want to make this right immediately, but I need your order number to pull up your account and process the fix. Could you send it to me at info@trygodor.com (I will personally look out for it) or reply here with it?
Once I have it, here's what I'll do:
1. Issue a full refund for the missing item
2. Send you the missing item at no cost
3. Include a complimentary bottle as an apology for the hassle
