The company is clearly posting positive reviews on itself, it’s a scam.

Save your money and buy a reformer board elsewhere. The program or product is not worth the money or effort dealing with the company.

It is no surprise after dealing with this company why they have such low reviews. I ordered a Pilates kit on the 1st of February. Three weeks later, I had not received the kit. Having signed up to a month course, I completely wasted my money as had no equipment to do it. After speaking to customer services, they sent a further shipment out to me. I had requested them to send it to a different address. The request was ignored. I received a notification to say the shipment had arrived at my property. I asked the neighbour to get the shipment but there was nothing there. On arrival to my property a yodel receipt had been posted through my door to say that my shipment was across the road at our neighbours address. I knocked on the neighbour she said she had not received any such item. I contacted the company who said it had in fact been delivered to my neighbour they sent me a photograph of my neighbours door with no package clearly showing number five. I pointed this out to them that my address is number four the photograph is of number five and there is no package so how does anybody know it’s been delivered? They said they would investigate further. At no point will this company reach out to you off their own back. You have to continually probe them. I believe it’s a terrible company based out in China. Hence why it takes so long for things to arrive. I contacted them yesterday. 20th May ( and many times in between). And said I wanted a refund immediately as I was going to my bank and I would leave a bad review. They told me it was my problem and that I had to contact the Courier. I contacted my bank who made a request for the refund and I received a notification today to say that I have had a refund. After almost 4 months of back-and-forth. I would never recommend ordering from this company because you generally won’t receive your items. I didn’t. Then you will have a long painful battle to get your money back.

Would rather give them no stars. still waiting for the order to be over a month, and there is no website when I click on the link in my dispatched email. Still try to just get a refund, and this is getting ridiculous now! Not happy and never ordering off this website EVER again! I'm so so lucky I ordered it in Amex as I managed to get my money back from Amex.

The company is a scam. Amelia from customer support team did not provide any return instructions and I submitted dispute with the bank. Fitcore rejected it saying they provided me with address and asked to return items, however this never happened. Product quality is very poor and disappointing, the customer service is even worse (joke!). Please AVOID, save yourself time, money and nerves.

Absolute JOKE....products rubbish customer services AKA Amelia!!! I have asked for a refund as the goods are so bad, have been offered a partial discount, actually wouldn't use the products they are so poor - I insisted on a refund, Amelia tells me I cannot ship the item back to the London address as returns have been halted to London and has given me an address in CHINA, they insist I pay for the return if I want my money back. I WANT A FULL REFUND OF THIS PRODUCT. states in their terms and conditions before you buy that returns are to the London Address!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM, awful everything!! Amelia tells me they have very good reviews.... still trying to find them Amelia!!! I think I need Legal Advice! DO NOT BUY Please dont waste your money!!

Ordered the item on the 01/03/25.
Stated delivery was in 5 days and I am still waiting.
I have contacted them to see where my order is and no response.
The money was taken straight away, but still waiting for the item.
I wouldn’t waste time with this company as ship from abroad even though the website states a uk address.

Scam scam. Reformer fit board not safe to use, asked to return it, they basically try to tell you it’s not worth to send it back and they try to offer you various amounts as refunds just to keep you quiet. Threaten with legal action and received full refund. 0* for poor quality product, 0* for a very rude customer service- 1 person Amelia, 0* overall. Don’t believe all the videos from tik tok, don’t buy as you going to waist your time, money and effort!!

Refusing to refund item and accept returns. Waste of time, avoid and buy same product form amazon cheaper and better customer service

No star. I ordered something as a Xmas gift on 12th December 2024, and on the 19th December I heard from relative it hadn’t arrived so I checked status and hadn’t even been dispatched, I contacted tryfitcore and got a ChatGPT generic response apologising and giving the excuse of it being a busy period - I would have understood if they could have reached out to me. I asked for a refund and “Amelia” said she would forward my cancellation and request for refund to the “management team” and to expect a refund to take between 10-20days. I kept contacting them to get an update, and only getting ChatGPT responses that it was being escalated. I then got an email to say it had been dispatched from an address in France by Hermes on 29th December and then another update to say Evrie on would be delivering. There is still no delievery of my order and it is the 3rd January. I contacted again and Amelia said sorry your cancellation/refund request came after it had been dispatched. It is now the 3rd January. It has been so frustrating and I’m upset I may have lost this money. The company has a Trustpilot 5* rating on their website but this must be fake.

Item arrived without all parts, clock not working and no instructions. Email sent no reply, this company is a scam, please avoid

I ordered a Pilates reformer - they sent me a pair of socks and now the delivery status says fulfilled, and they aren’t responding to messages.
