How does anyone cancel subscription to this what a nightmare keep saying can't find my account but they still trying to take money out my account make it make sense if u going to lie ! To me this is stealing as I have not gave permission anyone help cancel this?

Signed me up for a subscription that I never agreed to took money off me when I got refund via bank they attempted to take another £50 off me for no reason luckily I blocked payments do not trust

I haven’t used this company but have charges on my credit card. I have tried multiple times to text/email request for refund/assistance. I now get auto message they cannot find any account with my email or name to send them my account info when I signed up.
No phone numbers available. SPAM I’m sure

If I could rate a zero i would such a scam my bank account got charged with 36$ although it didn't go through because im currently broke lol 😅 which came in handy because they are not getting shit from me please don't use this website or app it's a lie and they will take your money and you can't contact them at all for a refund either because apparently the email you use doesn't exist 😤

i chose the 1$ essay instead they charged me an additional 36$ and when i emailed them they keep sending me the same emails that they will refund me within 5-9days its past the due date and they say that they're sorry about the confusion but they will offer instead a free psychic reading that usually costs 150$ again they scammed me i want my money back

I did it for fun and they have charged me twice now and I can’t cancel it tried to block the company from the bank side of things but they don’t have any info . So these mofos now have my credentials. Grrr

It's a scam! Saw it on Instagram and after paying 1 dollar they took 36 dollars from my bank. I've received nothing after! And I checked the site after 2 days, now it doesn't exist anymore!

Be careful, this is a scam. I found this “astro quiz” through Instagram and was asked to pay $1. It was not clearly stated that this would activate a subscription.
After the payment, I was charged an additional $36 without my knowledge or clear consent. I also didn’t receive any confirmation email or receipt, and the website disappeared afterwards, making it impossible to find them again.
Very misleading and suspicious practices. I do not recommend.

What a scam!!!!!!
I signed up to get a sketch of my soulmate for $1USD and next thing you know an additional $60AUD was deducted from my account!! NO email to login and see it, nowhere to find it, it said itd be ready in 48hours! Its been 72!! No trace of any purchase only my bank statement. I am highly annoyed!!! But i guess thats me for you, gullible and too trusting - what a sucker!!
