First I paid for $1 sketch I was promised to wait 24 hours, then I mistakenly clicked only to find out I made a payment by mistake,, I asked for refund they promised me will get it within 3 to 6 days,, never got it,, it's been aonth now,, when I asked all I get is just a robotic response,, I want my $36,, u are bloody scammers,, how can u be so cruel

I was charged for the trial, then immediately charged the full price without my authorization. I never received my sketch, an actual reading, or anything. I have contacted customer service six times now and either get no response at all, or the exact same pre-written response that does not address my issues. I have been promised a refund by the pre-written responses, but have not received one.

This website is an absolute scam! They charged my card $36 without permission after the $1 trial. After I complained, they sent me a fake refund receipt on May 23rd, 2026, claiming the money was sent back. However, on May 27th, they officially deducted the money from my bank account anyway. I have waited over a month and checked my bank statement daily, but no money has been returned. When I emailed them to ask for the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) to track the transaction with my bank, they completely ignored me and refused to reply. Total fraud! Avoid them at all costs!
