my rating is so high because of amazing work of Venera, for helping me find what I need and helping with the registration. I like that now it’s possible so easy to order online and for a huge collection what you propose to clients.
One minus, I pick my products and there was so much different papers ( envelope, invoice and something else) my suggestion “ Go green”

Post purchase complaint…
Post purchase complaint only but most important. Delivery partner was truly awful. Was not in our villa at time of delivery so asked to leave items at front door but kept asking me for a OTP before doing so. I never received one for over an hour and had no reason to share for such a delivery I asked to be left... appalling partner for Trayano and unlikely to use again for this sole reason.
