Trusted Caskets Arvostelua

Was told by company that they would take an extra 3 days to get my casket due to my location so had shipped to a diffrent location and picked it up and transported it myself the company that delivered it said they go to our area on a daily basis other than that the casket had a small scuff but overall have no complaints about the casket

The casket arrived in 48 hours. Was beautiful a d perfect. Nicer In person than in pictures. The inside was beautifully lined with ivory fabric. I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t sure about buying a casket online but I saved over $1000 over buying one at the funeral home.

As soon as I placed the order on line, a Trusted Casket representative called and confirmed to ensure that my order and was accurate, including date the order would be shipped and anticipated delivery date. Everything went extremely well with no exceptions. Extremely satisfied with the service and the product.

Trusted caskets met all our expectations.
Delivered when promised, undamaged and un-crated at delivery.
They even price matched a casket being sold cheaper on a competitors website.
The only concern we had was the color of the casket. The actual casket delivered appeared to be much darker, almost black, rather than a cherry wood color.

the service was great and on time, The casket is beauituf.

During difficult times, Trusted Casket made it easy, pleasant and efficient. Communication was excellent from the beginning to the end.

I called and they took care of everything very fast with no problems. The price was also much better then the mortuary.

The process from start to finish was extremely easy and pain free.

I attempted to utilize another service and was sent a invoice which was almost doubled the agreed cost.

I was very skeptical after that process in which Trusted Caskets was a easy and painless process with no surprise cost.

Thanks Again.

excellent delivery on-time performance. product was delivered undamaged

Great prices and excellent service. Casket was delivered on time.

All service was excellent. All phone calls were considerate and helpful. I did have trouble understanding your rep's speech (accent) but he always would repeat when I asked or even spell out a word, so I always felt the communication was complete. At least one call was at night, and that person also was helpful. You will recall that our difficulties were with lack of cooperation on this end. When we requested a change of delivery to my home instead of the funeral home, the extra fee of $50 was very reasonable, and I figured Trusted Caskets had earned that much already in just phone time! So, thank you. Delivery service was on time and friendly also.

Casket delivered on time and in excellent condition.
Best price around! Don't waste your money buying one at the cemetery.. over priced! Great selection of caskets as well. Money saving hint.. GO to downtown LA flower Mart. Numerous places there that deliver beautiful arrangements at a quarter of the cost.

Casket was delivered in a timely matter, no damages and on time... thank you Trusted Caskets...

I am very pleased with my fathers final resting bed. It was a beautifully decorated casket and I will certainly recommended to others.

Great service my family and I are going through a lot and the service was great thank you.

The casket we preferred was not in stock. Online listing was not updated. Had to settle for one that wasn’t our first choice. And to top it off the casket we received was not the one that was pictured online. Minor differences, but when I purchase something I expect what I see in the picture. By then, we didn’t want anything to interfere with my fathers service so we didn’t make a big deal out of it. Plus we were and are still grieving our loss.

However, we are satisfied with price and quick delivery.

responsive to inquiries. knowledgeable on the products. sensitive to the nature of the customer. You guys did great.

I accidently put the shipping address as my own address. I emailed the company to let them know. I was panicking and stressed out planning my mothers funeral. A minute later i found the number to call as I was dialing the number a rep from the company called me and got it all straighted out for me. The best customer service I have ever received anywhere.
