I ordered a casket 2 weeks before I needed it. Since Joe told me he would have it shipped to California warehouse. I paid for it on 2/19/2026 with a credit card and thought it would be handled. My wife passed away on March 5, 2026 and I called Joe on March 6 and asked him to deliver it to the cemetery by March 7. He told me it wasn't shipped to California, and he wouldn't be able to get it there by that date. Then he said why didn't you call me yesterday? His Advertisement "Overnight white glove delivery anywhere in the USA" is not true!! Then I told him to refund the amount to my credit card. I had to get another one from SKY CASKETS and they guaranteed it would be there the next day at 8:00. It was delivered on time and saved the burel service, Phone calls to change the date, and the after service celebration. Thank You SKY CASKETS! To this date 4/22/2026 I have called him 4 times and left messages asking for the refund. He has never returned my calls, nor attempted to return my payment.I was told by other casket companys that they have heard this before from Casket Emporium. Don't let this happen to you when you have to bury a loved one, very stressful!! I would give Casket Emporium a -1 star if I could.

Joe went above and beyond and making purchasing a casket for my mother as pain-free as it could’ve been. I had wanted a design and lettering on the top. When I first saw the first draft, it wasn’t exactly what I had envisioned. Joe listened to what changes I would like. And said he had it. Because of time, I had to trust him. I was blown away, it was perfect. I would not hesitate in using or recommending Casket Emporium in the future.

I have handled funeral arrangements for several people in my life and learned new things each time. I just made arrangements for my cousin that lives a couple hours away. For the first time I ordered the casket online instead of going with what was offered at the funeral home. It saved the family well over 50% of the funeral home price. The casket was solid cherry and it was beautiful. Delivered when they told me it would be and at no extra charge. Several of the FH attendants told me they thought it was gorgeous, one said the same casket there would have cost us $7000.00. So glad I ordered from Casketemporium! The only reason I gave it 4 instead of a 5 was because I worried it would not arrive in time. I am a worrier!

Fantastic service from the first call to the delivery. My mother’s casket was just perfect. The service we received here was stellar. When we stated telling everyone we bought a casket online, they couldn’t believe it. When we also stated we received the casket next day, again startled. Losing two parents so close together is difficult but Joe made the process of picking out caskets so easy. He was very responsive, did so much to make sure we were taken care of and the funeral home said they were the best caskets they had seen. I highly recommend them.

After dealing with a funeral home we were shocked at the prices we were asked to pay for a lessor casket than the one that we got through casket emporium. I can’t say enough good things about Joe and the Casket Emporium. He was responsive, kind, and helped me find the right casket for my mom. He knows the games these funeral directors play, trying to make you doubt the quality of a casket you can have delivered - and he patiently answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. He personally inspected the casket and his team hand delivered it to MA - on time, and as promised.

The casket was solid mahogany and arrived in perfect condition. Even the funeral director commented to me how nice the casket was. It was beautiful.

Well, I can now see why all of the reviews are positive for this company!! I will be telling my friends and honestly cannot recommend Casket Emporium highly enough. They are providing quality caskets, made in the US, at reasonable prices (the casket my mom is buried in is likely 20% the cost of a comparable casket from the funeral home).

Extremely easy and helpful staff. The same sales person Joe helped me through the whole process which was easy and respectful. Don’t buy from the funeral home as similar caskets were up to four times more in price and of less quality. The casket was high quality and something we all felt honored to place our loved one in. I will tell friends and family about casket emporium as they aren’t our to price gauge during a time of grief. Trust them they will take care of you.

The casket was absolutely beautiful. There are so many things while making funeral arrangements that are difficult and complicated but this wasn't. They were so kind and professional and definitely helped with funeral costs

Losing a loved one is the most painful and emotionally draining situations. I'm on the opposite side of the country in California and happened to somehow find this place, I called and had the good fortune of speaking with Joe. I was in need of a personalized item and Joe made it happen, it is unlike any other feeling to get the help we needed at that moment without any hesitation and with an amazing attitude.
