In retrospect, TruGreen is working to fix the problem which is good.

Mr Allen tucker from the Indian trail nc office that I spoke to back on March 15 2024 said he would have someone come to my house and rectify the situation I contacted the office at that number it gets switched to another number I get a individual that doesn't know anything I spoke to a higher up. The woman that I spoke to was trying to resolve the situation. She contacted Mr tucker at the Indian trail location and had him give me a call and he did and told me on the phone that he couldn't get to me until 3 29 2024 that what he said on 3 15 2024 and guess what I called and there is no schedule for me. This location lies out there butt, there ratings for crap and I'm not going to use them. The Charlotte location is much better but they don't service Monroe area. SO DON'T HIRE THESE People THEY ARE TWO FACE LIERS. I CANCELED MY SERVICE THEY DONT DO WHAT THEY SAY.
