What made experience great was the fact that Marco and his assistant made it to the property working through their adversity to overcome the issues to complete the task. The commitment, diligence, and the experience together the job done without any complaints, excuses, and little time before the end of the day. That was impressive. Also, the fact that they took time out to explain the job description and what they expect to accomplish that evening. Marco explain to me hoe they could offer to improve the beauty of the my property. His knowledge of landscaping was impeccable. In addition, he sent me pictures at the end of the day. I look forward to working with them again. I'm sure working with the company and Marco will be a pleasure. Thanks again.

Connect does a great job every time. It’s very handy to have service basically set on autopilot knowing everything will be taken care of, including reasonable recommendations for things like hedge trimming, brush removal, gutter cleaning, or other services. Not a hard sell or an upcharge, just great service and timely recommendations when something else needs attention. Terrific not having to worry about the yard!

This is the worst mowing company I have ever had gotten service from. Not only was the quality of the mowing horrible but they did damages to my house side panels.

Many broken appointments. The second cut was two weeks late after me complaining. My house looked like it was about to go into foreclosure.

This company has a good idea they just don’t deliver.

Francisco did an excellent job cutting my lawn in Austin, Texas. He was professional, detail-oriented, and left everything looking clean and perfectly maintained. Wife and I were both extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality lawn care.

The work done was as expected. They came on the day and and in the timeframe that was requested. I appreciate the timeliness.

So I really hate it when a company convinces you by saying if you give us a try will do the first cut for $19 but the actual bill is $38. So now you’re locked in for three full price mows advertised at $168 each before you can cancel. But it’s not $168 a mow. It’s $198 per mow. The area I live in is all blue collar working class people. SE Houston. I can tell you with certainty no-one is paying $396 a month to get their grass cut. Me included. So I called them and spoke to a nice gentleman regarding the issue attempting to explain how they were pricing themselves out of the market. He pulled up my account and says I see you paid $19 for the initial cut and are paying $168 for each additional. I said you can see what I am looking at on the app. He agreed. I said what was the total payment received he admitted $38 and $198. And began explaining the taxes and various fees. I said look if it’s $38 for the special and $198 there after then just say that right out the gate. But don’t tell me it’s $19 when it’s $38. Anyway they would not deal so got my 3rd and Final Cut yesterday and cancelled service. That’s a shady business model and seems to be the norm these days.

The contractor never showed up. I clearly had communication from him, the company agreed and viewed our correspondence and still nothing. This is the 2nd time this has happened from this company. No phone call and when you call LawnLove you get the run around. Would never use this company, too many other great companies that are dependable to chose from. Scratch these guys.
