TruGreen - Tampa East Arvostelua 

I hired this company to fix my St. Augustine grass. Enough to say that it was a big letdown after the little grass that I had left died, and the plugs they placed did nothing. When I called and asked what had happened, they couldn't provide an answer and simply evaded the question, never sending anyone out to check. Instead, they sent a truck to water the grass and kept charging me for a job that was not being done. Horrible company, look for something else, or "YouTube" certify yourself and do it, trust me, it's cheaper and you will do a way better job than this company.

this company is a joke. I cancelled my service with store #5100 3 months ago due to my grass being fried and ants kept coming. Then a week later a person shows up to treat my yard and was half baked when he showed up at my door. I cancelled the treatment and even called to tell True Green that. Had several conversations as they kept sending me notices. "All handled and no further charges"... bogus. I got a collection notice today. Run. They will charge your card without permission and not deactivate your account. Worst pest control out there. Unorganized and unprofessional.

TruGreen is extremely bad for providing service. The technician of this company never fertilized the lawn and simply placed their company flag in the yard. I caught the technician did this through my window and confronted the technician. The technician lied in my face.
