TruGreen - San Antonio Arvostelua 2

TruGreen is THE WORST company ever. It is a total SCAM! I prepaid for an entire year, or at least that was what they sold me on the phone. I paid $990! I specifically told them i was hiring them them for anti-fungal treatment. It took them 4 times to come out and apply the wrong treatment before I got a manager out and HE applied the fungicide. Then they told me that anti-fungal treatment wasn’t part of my plan. PEvery time I called them I got the runaround and no help. Then, even though I prepaid for a year, they started charging me after 6 months. When I called to rectify that, they said they came out the number of times they were supposed to and my contract wasn’t for the full year. Even though I pointed out that they came out 4 TIMES before applying the right treatment, they said it didn’t matter and refused to refund what extra they charged me. Their customer service is deplorable. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am a single mom that got completely ripped off by them. Nothing was easy; it was a nightmare. They are horrible.

NOT WORTH IT! The worst business practice ever. No one can ever find my account BUT they can sure send their guys out to the house AND bill me but I don’t have an account. I can’t imagine why they set things up that way. All it did was create a cancellation.
