TruGreen - Knoxville Arvostelua 5

This company is impossible to deal with. From the automated system , to missed scheduling, to the lawn treatment they are a mess. I have never had more weeds than I have now.

Where do I start? First, I paid close to $700 for flea, tick, and mosquito control. This amount was for JUST my back yard, which I was agreeable to. I primarily wanted it for the flea control because we spotted some on our dog. TruGreen has been out here I believe 3 times now and then a couple of call backs because their product does not work.
Part 2: Good luck if you want to speak to anyone locally to try to resolve. Even when I call a "local" number, it sends me to whatever call service center they are using in whatever country (definitely not ours) and I then spend way too much time barely understanding the person on the other line and they have NO skin in the game. I'm done! Don't waste your money or your time with this so called product of theirs.
I will continue to use them (as I have for years) to service my yard (fertilization, weed & feed, etc.). They need to stick to what they know though. After my wasted money on this, I am going to call a true expert, Cook's Pest Control, to get my problem resolved.

Had a years contract , they spayed for weed control for several times. And now I’m told l have brown patch , but that would cost more to fix this problem. I thought it would be covered under original contract. But no , it was going to cost an additional 180 dollars. So I cancelled. Don’t understand why the extra cost !

Overall my lawn looks great so that is not the issue. They said they applied a tree and shrub treatment and I was home all day and they did not do it. They then debited my checking account for the service they did not do. This is the second time they have done this. I am suppose to get a call from a rep but do not think it will happen. Customer service is terrible. I requested they come back and do the job I paid for and they said they would, we will see. Been a customer for over 20 years so expected more than this!

The only good review I will give this company is they have very polite sales people. Once they get you signed up, you don’t see a soul and my lawn and my father’s lawn show it. I was told that by summer I would have the nicest looking lawn on the block - NOT! I don’t want an e-mail telling me someone will be there on such-and-such a day or at such-and-such a time. I want accountability! I want the technician who supposedly did a treatment show proof that they did the work because right now, the proof is very weak. Too expensive for this kind of treatment!!
