TruGreen - Greenville Arvostelua 3

If I could give no stars and still leave a comment, I would. This company is a joke. Their representatives are inaccurate, unprofessional and poorly trained. I was told that they would send a tech to my house and that I would be able to speak with him before my yard was treated. I needed to do this to assure that my back yard, which is newly planted grass would not get treated and killed. Not only did they not come and speak with me ... they went to a different address and treated someone else's yard. When I checked my email and it said that my yard had been treated, I knew that that was lie, because I had been out in my yard all morning. I had taken the day off, cancelled clients so that I could be home for the first treatment and speak with a tech. I was beyond frustrated and so I called TruGreen as soon as I saw the email, which was minutes after i had received it. I told TruGreen that the tech needed to come back and treat "my " yard "today" because I can not afford to take another day off. I was told that a tech would come back out. This was at 10AM ... by 5PM ... no tech has showed so I called customer service and cancelled my service and requested a full refund. The customer service rep who took my call was yawning, laughing and talking with other employees while slowly, very slowly attempting to process my request. She told me that since the refund was more than one hundred dollars she needed a supervisor's approval. Finally, after listening to her laugh and act like a clown with her co-workers, the refund was processed and my service was cancelled. Based on the careless and unprofessional behavior of the representative, its understandable why the original service was set up for the wrong address . I'll be calling my credit card company in a few days to make sure that my refund was really processed. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional and lack luster company in my life. The info online says that TruGreen is one of the biggest lawn service company in the nation ... I guess they are too big to care what kind of service they provide ... they obviously don't need any new customers. If you are considering their service ... I would think twice and look for someone locally who is smaller and trying to build a good reputation.

Terrible service now!!! A lot of their "Techs" are aboslutely untrained and unqualified! 2 of the last 3 sceduled treatments were done on the wrong yard even as my neighbor told them they were wrong.
Thier customeer service is also terrible now. We can't get anything straightened out.

I bought the year service, to have my yard treated. Terry was the representative who was scheduled to treat my lawn. In 3 Months all I received was 1 treatment. The second treatment for my lawn I was suppose to receive all that was done was he gave me an invoice and stuck a sign in my yard. No treatment was done nothing. I have cameras all around my house and the only time he stepped foot in my yard was to bring the piece of paper to my door and then left. I immediately called customer service to cancel the remainder of my services as I have not been pleased at all.
