The terms of service were never confirmed in writing, and seemed to be different with each customer service provider. BEWARE 24hr delivery WINDOW. You can only book the date. 24hrs before a shorter window will be given at a time not influenced by your convenience. Very strange business model to expect people to leave a day closed off for them to arrive. Ridiculous, unless you are housebound.

Poor communication between customer service rep and service rep. Consistently failed to follow up. Expect to make a lot of unnecessary phone calls, and be frustrated.

Definitely NOT Customer oriented in anyway.

Easier to buy the product yourself, and pay a Student to get it down for you.

True Green is a complete waste of money. We bought a house last year and pre-paid for a season of Tree + Schrub service and the TruHealth Lawn Plan. They came but it honestly looks like nothing is ever done. They spray the yard and everything looks exactly the same. We still have weeds. They won't let you cancel online and make you talk to someone. Whenever anyone calls they call from a 1-800 # so you can never get a hold of your sales rep directly. This business is terrible and I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone I know.

$100 a month for burned lawn and still have weeds. I'm embarrassed for them how bad our lawn looks. I've been a Trugreen customer for year. Each year their responsiveness has gone down. I currently have multiple phone calls, and e mails to their manager Daniel Spurlock based upon my burned out front lawn. They treated my lawn three times in one week, not based on poor internal communcation and thinking they were actually at my neighbors house instead. No response, not visit, no phone call. I only wish I could add a picture of how BAD my lawn looks to discourage anyone from dealing with this location in Littleton.
