TruGreen - Crestwood Arvostelua 2

Terrible experience. True green completely ruined my lawn, which I used to be proud of. The first year or two was good, then it went downhill. I could call them back after every treatment if I wanted to but get so sick of dealing with them. The main reason for my dissatisfaction is I had them overseed my lawn, and afterwards I had an invasive tall fescue start growing in a few spots. Sure enough this stuff ended up taking over. When I call them about this they sent out a manager who left a note on my door stating "your lawn has tall fescue which cannot be controlled, your lawn needs an overhaul". Really? Thanks for taking care of the lawn true green. Stay away

I have used TruGreen for 2 years. The first year was fantastic. This year (2021) has been nothing but bad! I have a plethora of weeds growing. They have come out twice to do retreats. On my second retreat I had a conversation with the technician that came out, and he explained to me about how TruGreen has been watering down the chemicals to save money. As of today, I have canceled my contract with them. I will strongly not recommend them to anyone!
