TruGreen - Austell Arvostelua 2

TruGreen is a rip off. They won't make an appointment with you because they don't want to alert you as to when they are coming so they can claim they treated your yard even when they didn't. In my case, they came and stayed for 6 minutes. They left no signs they had been on the premises. No yard sign. No note on the door. When I looked at my camera I saw the person had stayed just 6 minutes and had not sprayed for weeds and had not even treated the entire front yard. He did not treat the backyard at all because it was locked behind a gate and I had no idea he was coming that day or had even been there at all. I would not recommend this company at all! They are complete tricksters. If you don't have cameras it will be difficult to prove that you are paying them for nothing and your yard will continue to look the same way it always has. DON'T DO IT!

TruGreen gets one star because I cannot leave leave zero. I had to call on numerous occasions over the past year for services that were supposedly performed and were not. After a year of this company my yard looks worse and the ants are everywhere. Yesterday a text from TruGreen stated someone was at my house to perform service, one minute later another text stated they were complete. The entire time I stood outside and saw nothing, but was billed for the service that didn't happen. Avoid this company at all costs if you are the Newnan, GA area. The call center worker was rude and incompetent. This company is poorly ran from top to bottom.
