TruGreen - Albany Arvostelua 4

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Technicians are great. Products are horrible. I signed up for a season’s package at the beginning of the season describing exactly what I wanted chemicals in the front natural in the back the technicians proceeded to come out and treat the lawn by the second visit. My lawn looked really bad so I called to complain and they sent a technician out to retreat the lawn nothing changed. I called again every time I call I get a different rep and I have to explain my package to them and then finally I get a technician tells me I don’t have chemicals and I need a waiver because I live in New York. Meanwhile, they’ve already been treating my lawn with chemicals that I paid for this went on for weeks. One Customer Service Rep said he was going to email me a waiver form and get it cleared up and that waiver form never showed up. I called again and again every time spending hours on the phone explaining What has happened to this point and finally had enough of wasted time and my lawn is now looking horrendous with overgrown weeds and crab grass and called again asking for a supervisor to call me and another week went by no call back from ANY Supervisor. I called again for a supervisor another week went by no phone call. I called demanding a refund on my money and they decided to give me 1/3 of what I paid and still no supervisor. And a supervisor is the only one who can refund your full amount and that’s why they don’t call me..

By the end of the second year using Tru Green my lawn had become over 80% crab grass. I canceled the service after getting no resolution. The following year they showed up and fraudulently charged my credit card. I called to have this resolved and they said they would credit my card but they never did. They actually destroyed new grass seed that I had just planted. Worst company ever.

True green needs to look into the people they hire. This is our first time using them and this is the 4th treatment to our lawn that the staff showed up and did NOT do a dang thing! May I add True green is a pricey company. its 2023 does the staff not know that we have cameras surrounding our home? First we were home watched them arrive and did not spray our lawn at all. He came placed the yellow signs around our lawn and left the receipt on our door knob stating what he did. We had to send the footage to true green to show them what the dude did not do. The manager apologize and personally came out to do the job & did a fantastic job. BUT later, 2nd treatment. A different employee came but only spray half the house, he left the other half untreated. Like WTH??? we filed another complaint provided videos again. And once again, 3rd treatment. yet another employee walked around & place only the yellow sign and left. True green is stealing from their customers. they charged so much and deliver nothing! True green staff is basically stealing from them, getting paid to do not a thing. I recommend anyone who uses True green to watch your home videos to see if these guys are doing what they are suppose to do.

They skipped the applications for August and September so there was a gap of over three months with no service. A supervisor came by and agreed that true green had missed two services and would tell the office to give me a refund for the two missed applications. He applied fertilizer today and said that a service manager probably will call but never did. I called today and the call center verified no credit was issued. There's not a real local number you get forwarded over to some main call center where the person who answers has no idea what I'm talking about and to even get to him you have to go through a myriad of options. The other annoying issue were the frequent phone calls I would get to try to sell me another service for ticks or fleas or mosquitoes or the leaves weren't looking so well on the trees or the shrubbery or whatever. My neighbor next door had more weeds last year than ever so cancelled Trugreen.
