Product quality is great.
Customer service is good.
Accessories could be improved, but easy enough to upgrade them myself.
Would buy again

Placed a order all the way back, January 19th 2021, still haven't received it yet. That wouldn't be too bad if not for the fact that for nearly the ENTIRE two month period they have not responded to a single email I have sent them, both via my personal email as well as their own in house system on their website. Discovered via their website that they no longer are taking phone calls. Oh, and as of about two weeks ago, their website is no longer there. More specifically it asks for a password to access it and when I try to access from using the link I received when I place my order, it says something a out their payment service trial period had ended. I am 99% this is a scam and if it is not then the company has gone under.

Still haven’t received my product and haven’t been able to get anybody to contact me

Was charged through Klarna almost 3 months ago. Never received the purchase and while trying to email or call I never got a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I gave this a 1 star rating because I have yet to receive my order. My Order #: TT21497D was placed on November 1, 2020. I have yet to get a shipping notice. I have called and sent emails with no replay. Starting to feel neglected.

Klarna has been all over me with email threats, and again no customer support and after finally speaking with a human was told they would investigate from there side only after I provided proof I did attempt contact, then more letters and emails as if I did not speak to anyone,SO and then there is that.
Actually turned it over to my attorney.
No one would listen.

never sent my product and never answered my many messages asking where's my product.

I placed an order on September 16 and over 2 months later I have yet to receive it. Everytime I try to contact them they never respond. Yet after all this they want me to take a survey to rate their service.

I have left two emails asking where my order is and there has been no response. To date, I have never received the solvent and if this is not rectified in the near future, will be pursuing a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Please advise ASAP...

My order number is TT21452D. I placed an order on May 30th and 5 months have gone by and no product or response to my 8 inquiries about my order. All I want to do now is cancel it. They can keep what I paid via klarna thus far. Don't buy from this company is what it comes down to.

Horrible! Never delivered and no tracking number provided. Fake a** store. Thank god, PayPal refunded be back my full amount.

I paid extra for heat and sound and neither ever worked.

I ordered a doll on May 18 2020 and cancelled my order literally 2 hours after I jumped the gun, realizing I wasn't making the same money as pre-pandemic. They got back to me a couple of days later saying they would cancel but would charge me a restock fee since THEY read the email late. Policy doesn't say the customer will be charged because of a company delay in response time. BUT THAT'S NOT THE WORST OF IT! They asked me to confirm cancellation and I did, but they never updated that info on their system, so Klarna is now wanting payments for my cancelled $1440 purchase. I've contacted TTD numerous times through email and their website with no responses, and Klarna is giving me deadlines. I had to convince Klarna to give them a try so they could see I wasn't trying to screw them. They have not replied to me or to Klarna. Their website SAYS MY ORDER IS FULFILLED! It doesn't reflect their email where they say they will pause so I can confirm cancellation and doesn't acknowledge said cancellation. It's really messed up and I don't recommend anyone order from this company. October is coming and I'm still dealing with this. Totally taking advantage of lonely people during this pandemic.

No one has responded to me in months about where my package is and I’m not making any payments to Klarna for anything. You guys are a bunch of scammers. If you really are a legitimate company, you all suck so bad at your jobs. My order number is TT21478D. Please feel free to contact me at anytime. I’ll be available until early October. I’m leaving for the military then and won’t have my phone. Either deal with me now or deal with Klarna because I ain’t going to be around to accept a package and my mailing address is changing. Ordered on April 29th and still nothing. I sent out multiple emails and voice mails and still no response. I can tell they really do not care about their customers by the lack of support and customer service.

I understand COVID going on and all but not providing any updates or feedback at all makes me think they just don't care. Wish I could get a refund based on how long this has gone on.

True touch dolls truly does not care about their customers. That's the truth and being True.

Its been almost 2 months, no response to Multiple emails or calls. No status updates on my order. Nothing. I have the feeling if I had ordered from someone else I would have it by now, or at least a response. I may need to report to the BBB if I dont hear back soon.

Didn’t know she would be that heavy. U said 124lbs. She’s 176lbs. Very hard to move around. The eye lashes fell off the first day. Wishing I had bought a smaller version.

As of today, still no reply to email or calls. Also received the doll today and am highly upset as there are dark marks on it as well as a hole in the back. I sent yet another email to the company but likely won't get a reply.

Took awhile to receive but amazing workmanship and lifelike features.I will place future orders.
