Update 3-13-26 these folks came thru with a very good resolution. I appreciate the outreach and what they offered to make things right and a win-win for everyone. I am happy this worked out b/c we love a lot of the great variety they offer and would have hated to reject purchasing in the future. Thank you Calexotics.

Bought an item and it did not work right out of the box. returned at my cost of $25 they said item is not available so replace with equal or lesser value. paid $190 closest item was $140, added a $49 item and asked for both they said no bc it was ~$10 over the price I paid for something that NEVER worked. So basically bought a $190 and getting a $140 about 2 months later!! WTF I offered to pay the difference on everything over the $190 and they said no. Who says no to someone giving you more $$$?

Bought the Mimi Back Door Love Doll, which isn't sold on their website anymore I don't think but I got mine on Ebay. I couldn't figure out how to open the openings, the poor and lackluster directions were just that, poor and lackluster. I contacted them via email, and expected them to respond in a day at the earliest, weeks at the most. Lisette responded within the hour, asking for photos of my issue, which I sent, and then she responded within 20 minutes with a video that immediately fixed my problem! Excellent and speedy customer service, as for the product, it's very unique and I wish they made more anime/cartoon style dolls.

I bought a toy for $75 from a local store and when I opened it, it was not functional. I filed a claim, printed off what the wanted me to, and paid $25 for shipping almost 3 weeks ago and have not gotten a single email about my order being replaced or even received. That’s $100 dollars down the drain. I have called multiple times and left voicemails but still nothing.

We bought 2 of their app controlled wearable vibrators as a fun thing to do as a couple. Except their app has a section that allows the user to connect and control the toys of strangers. Absolutely NOT something a healthy, committed couple needs to have in an app meant to control a toy they bought for themselves. Especially to then name the app "Love SPOUSE."

the app was immediately deleted and since we can’t return them, and there is no other remote to operate them, the toys will end up in the trash.

Stay away. Every other app controlled toy we’ve tried or seen only controls the toy, this one is just a new way to get involved with AI porn.

Bought my first one not two weeks ago used it once and then changed batteries 4 times still won't come on. Won't ever be purchasing again

I recently just switched over to CalExotics and it was a nice surprise because I was so used to other products that didn't feel like this product. It's got a different texture then a lower the other toys and this one seems to go a lot longer and gives you more stimulant because of the soft texture it's extremely addicting and honestly you'll get tons of enjoyment out of this this is my own testimony no one's paying me to do this I have purchased a lot of toys over the years and when there's something good to be talked about I definitely share so give it a try I guarantee you'll be happy and excellent warranty they stand behind their clothes 100%. I got my replacement toy after my one I bought was broken when I went to use it. They sent me some crap apology and a (can’t say the word in reviews) ring that was probably $1. I am female and I am gay. So thanks for that. It’s useless to me. I wouldn’t even be mad or make another review except for the fact that they still didn’t pay for the shipping when their product was broken from the start. I’ve been buying sex toys for 15 years. Never seen a company that is so tone-deaf. I guess at least I got a replacement? But I had to work for it. Get better business practices and stop telling people you’re “not Amazon” and don’t have your own shipping company (I can’t believe they said that, I’m still rolling, so good!) because you’re too cheap to pay for people’s shipping. Just say it instead of lying that you can’t cover the shipping.

Edit: just tried the new one, does the exact same as the last one. Overheats, shuts off. This is just sad. I suspect they just sent the same one back to me, or they’ve never quality tested anything. Hilarious!

I had lost a charger and contacted customer support about buying a replacement, they said they would send me a free one because they didn't sell that individual charger. They emailed me back within one day. I got the charger in the mail very fast. Best customer service I have recieved in a long time.

I bought a vibrator that had a small charge left in it. When it ran out, I tried charging the vibrator but it wouldn't charge. No problem, things happen, right? But trying to get help with the return (you can't send it back to Amazon) was a nightmare. Not only do you have to go through many return hoops, but when you finally finish, they send you a return email slip. Except the email never comes. Don't waste your time and money with this company. There are way too many reputable companies out there to buy from.

I purchased a Cheap Thrills Three-Way Pure Skin Stroker for my boyfriend and as with all my toys I like to give them a wash before I store them away for later use and the care instructions that came in the product box and the Pink Cherry website stated that warm soapy water is good so I got to washing. Right away the pink coloring on the labia peeled right off so now it's all just flesh toned which is a bummer because I wanted to watch my boyfriend have fun with it so now the visual effect is ruined. But the main issue is that after it washed and air dried it became so incredibly sticky that I threw the toy at a wall and it stuck to the wall ! It attracts dirt, dust and hair like crazy, this thing is basically a sexy lint roller. And lastly the material is so ridiculously squishy that it's quite the loose goose and doesn't give that snug or 'tight' feeling so I don't really see it being all that pleasurable. I really don't want to give my boyfriend a sticky mess for his birthday so I went and purchased a different toy by a different brand and got a refund for this one.

Horrible product. Bought vibrator for my fiance only used three times and the dam thing won't come on any more. We bought it brand new and it's already gone. Their products truly suck and high in price at least at adult stores.

I purchase four Viceroy penis rings and every one of them snapped in half after a month of use. I have been trying to get on your website to see how I can get a refund or replace the four products that I purchased and were defective.

Got a product that didn’t work, been going back and forth with support and now they haven’t replied in over a week. Sucks I spent money just to have it and my time wasted.

A few months ago i bought 2 pairs of Lovehoney Unisex Crotchless Open-Back Lace Harness Briefs for pegging each other using our 8" and 9" RealRock Skin dildos, unfortunately the fabric on these briefs tore very badly so we sent them back for a refund.

After a long winded process to find an alternative pegging brief, we ended up buying 2 sets of the CalExotics Scandal backless Pegging Briefs (1x S/M for my wife & 1x L/XL for myself) and after trying them out during a pegging session one night, all i can say is that if you are like us and don't like wearing those horrible strap type harnesses, then this is the one to buy (or the crutchless version)

They are extremely well made, they are very sexy to wear, and most important they are very stable and very comfortable to wear while pegging, but you must make sure that you buy the correct size, as these pegging briefs must be very firm fitting to support a decent size dildo like our 8" and 9" RealRock Skin dildos.

What we didn't consider when buying these Briefs was how we actually carry out our pegging sessions, and after buying the backless versions, we realized that we probably should have bought the crutchless versions, so that we can both wear the Briefs with our respective RealRock Skin dildos attached, and we can take it in turns to peg each other during a session without the recipient having to remove their Brief, so we can alternate whenever we like.

I took both Briefs to a clothing alteration shop and had them create a 10cm slot stitched into the crutch on both briefs, and now we can both wear the Briefs with our dildos during a pegging session.

We also bought a set of the slightly cheaper black Calexotics Boundless Backless Brief as well, and these are also wonderful for pegging, especially if you don't want to spend as much buying the Scandal Briefs.

The Scandal Brief is basically designed for women to wear, as the O-Ring is stitched in the same location as a mans penis would be, however a male can wear the Brief ok, but because the base of the dildo is sitting right over the genitals, which tends to make the dildo sit too low, so i am going to have my L/XL Brief modified by having the O-Ring moved up by 5cm so that the base of the dildo sits just above my penis, allowing me better control over the dildo while thrusting.

I would love to see CalExotics create a Scandal Brief for men, exactly the same as the female version, but in a plain color, and also have the dildo ring moved further up the front of the Brief like i am going to do.

I suggest that you research these 2 products because the online prices can vary quite a lot, i bought the Scandal sets from Amazon Australia for only $26 each (they were on sale) and i bought the Boundless sets from Femplay, who by the way, also sell the Scandal Briefs as well.
