Worked with Jheel Shah. Fantastic experience. She really knows the process, was very timely with her communications and streamlined my whole application process. I would highly recommend her!

I wanted to remortgage and tap into some of the equity in my home to pay off some debt and to have room for a few significant renos. I searched the internet for a Mortgage Broker because I wanted someone to shop around for me which is one of the obvious reasons to have a brokerage represent you. Well little did I know just how smart that decision was because Elizabeth Hewes from True North Mortgage took the reins immediately and first off made me feel comfortable with having a broker versus dealing with the Bank's representatives. I sat back and took a few basic instructions - like what I was looking for and to provide the list of documents required for any Mortgage Refinance. Elizabeth was very organized and was very communicative keeping me up to date when it mattered and she answered all my questions promptly. I was nervous about remortgaging but having that skill and communication and experience there at every step of the way made me feel at ease. Elizabeth worked hard and looked after my best interests in dealing with all the possible lenders and recommended the one that would preserve and improve my already very good credit rating. She found a lender that came perfectly close to lending me what I needed! Elizabeth also helped me with running some calculations on how much my new mortgage would cost me over the length of my Mortgage so I could make sure I had lots of equity left when the time might come to sell my property. She is an amazing lady - a real leader in her field and just so personable. I am glad that I went through the list of brokers and found her. I will always use her in the future if I need to remortgage again or for other real estate acquisitions.

I had a fantastic experience working with Marcus Tan at True North. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the entire financing process feel smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my (many) questions at all hours, and found me a great rate. I really appreciated his professionalism and steady communication throughout. Highly recommend!

It was a great experience. I was able to get the best mortgage rate which is very helpful. Considering the amount of time that we have to renew my mortgage we were able to do it. And Im beyond thankful.

Dave church who was my mortgage broker at True North, was very helpful and understanding of my needs. As a first time homebuyer, he explained everything making the process smooth and stress free.

I am writing to highly recommend Mortgage Broker Robert Dang of True North Mortgage for anyone like me seeking expert guidance in mortgage refinancing and debt consolidation. Working with Robert Dang TWICE for mortgage has been one of the most positive and impactful financial experiences I’ve had.
From our very first conversation 2021, he approached my situation with professionalism, patience, and a clear commitment to helping me find the best possible rate and seamless process with positive outcome. Refinancing a mortgage can be daunting, especially when coupled with the stress of managing debt, but Robert took the time to understand my financial goals and crafted a refinancing strategy that not only lowered my interest rate and monthly payments, but also consolidated my debt in a way that significantly improved my cash flow and peace of mind. Throughout the process, communication was clear, timely, and always focused on my best interests and goals. Might seems speculating but believe me within a month or so, I am now in a much stronger financial position. I would not hesitate to work with him again in near future and will always recommend him to anyone looking for trusted, knowledgeable mortgage and financial guidance.
Thank you and looking forward to work with you again :-)

I had the pleasure of working with Kanika during my mortgage process, and I can confidently say she made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and incredibly efficient. From the very first conversation, she was professional, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable.

I am beyond grateful for everything Jheel Shah did to help me secure the best possible mortgage. From day one, she went above and beyond—working tirelessly, staying on top of every detail, and never giving up until I had the absolute best deal in hand.

Her knowledge, dedication, and persistence were truly exceptional. She made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel manageable and even empowering. Every question I had was answered with patience and care, and I always felt like I had someone in my corner fighting for me.

I honestly don’t know how I would’ve gotten through this without her. I’m so thankful for her unwavering support, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Jheel Shah to anyone. If you want someone who genuinely cares and will give it their all, look no further. I can’t say thank you enough.

Tushar Gavali was very professional and helpful. He made the refinance of our mortgage easy and would provide contant updates during a very challenging and complicated process. A great experience.

Chris Eigbe was amazing! He was there every step of the way to help us get the best financing possible. Always available and if it went to voicemail, he would call back within minutes. His service was over the top! I would highly recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again Chris for all your help. You made the experience less stressful. Absolute pleasure connecting with you!!

I recently worked very closely with Mr. Ben Skerrett at True North Mortgage in Calgary. Ben was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Ben was very helpful and made my experience with True North very good. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Personalized service with great prices and quick assistance.

Joyce was my broker and she helped me so much. Knowing that she was an email or text away when I had questions was reassuring.
I actually asked myself once, why is she working weekends, because I would send an email and expect to receive a response on Monday, but to my surprise she would respond. From a mom who has been there and done that. Please do take your weekends off, if you don't legally have to work.
I appreciate your effort in making this happen. I always refer back to True North Mortgage because the experience i had five years ago with Jenna was also top notch. You all are doing a fabulous job and I am grateful.

I really appreciate his professionalism and would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for mortgage help.

I moved to Canada just two years ago and, as a business owner, I quickly realized that getting approved for a mortgage here can be quite a challenge. I met a few lenders and they only gave me reasons why getting a mortgage was not possible.. until I connected with Tushar Gavali.

From our very first conversation, Tushar was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He understood my situation right away and worked tirelessly to find the right solution. Thanks to his guidance and persistence, I was able to secure a mortgage and purchase my first home in Canada.

If you're self-employed or navigating a complex financial situation, I can't recommend Tushar enough. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients.
