True North Mortgage Arvostelua

Thank you Hiren! This is the second time you've helped us with our mortgage. Thank you for being so patient while you g over pros and cons of different options, your time was appreciated! Until next time.

Dave church was so quick, efficient and amazing to deal with!! Highly recommend

Jheel Shah has been a very supportive mortgage broker to my wife and me. She went above and beyond to secure the best rates in the market for us and took the time to explain the entire process to us from the outset. She was able to assist us with our refinancing and help us secure a new mortgage. We highly recommend her and will continue to use her services. Thanks, Jheel, for your professionalism.

Worked with Tushar Gavali discussing a mortgage renewal and had a hands down amazing experience. He took his time answering questions, remained super responsive as I took my time to think over and explore my options, and was overall very respectful, knowledgeable and kind. Highly, highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Shawn! My file ended up having some hiccups I didn't foresee and Shawn was encouraging and professional throughout the entire process. My refinance closed without a hitch and very favourable conditions. I made the mistake once of shopping around and I won't do that again. Anytime I have mortgage needs it's Shawn I'd call. Definitely recommed! Thank you Shawn!

Christine Lok was fantastic to work with! Very helpful.

Hiren with True North Mortgage went above and beyond to help my family and I get our mortgage renewed. We recently locked in for another five years and are happy with the rate we received.

I never knew getting a mortgage could be so straight forward. A big thanks to Robert Dang for getting me a better rate than what the banks were offering and also to Nidhi A. for assisting me through the entire process with the documentation. Not to mention that they got the signature electronically, so I didn't have to step out of my house at all for the mortgage.

Paul Hernandez really went above and beyond the spectrum in helping us get approved. He was very trustworthy, and transparent in his good intentions in helping us re new our mortgage. It was a big decision on our part, but the process was smooth and hassle free. Paul always was there for us and was on top of the situation. He was quick to email us, and always had updates for us when we needed them. It was reassuring to us to know how things were going at the end of each day and before the weekends came, which really helped us not worry about things. Once we had all our paperwork in and the approval was set in place it went very fast all the way through to the lawyer side of things. At every step we had full trust in Paul and True North. They were professional, courteous, and we never once had second thoughts about reaching out to them. I highly recommend working with them and also working with Paul Hernandez.

Mukul was the best. Words can’t express how grateful we are for his effort.

Experienced, calm and always assuring.

A great member of the Tru North Mortgage team

Huge thanks to Robert Dang from True North for making my mortgage process so smooth! He worked day and night to get everything closed on time, handled bridge financing perfectly, and answered every single one of my (many!) questions with patience and care. Honest, professional, and truly looking out for his clients—plus, he got me the best rate. Couldn’t recommend him more! ❤️

Our mortgage broker, Hiren, was great to work with. Extremely responsive, non judgmental and genuinely wanted to help us out.
This was first time I have ever used a broker...better service than the bank that I had a 25 year history with. A great experience overall.

Can't emphasize enough the incredible support and commitment to seeing our house purchase through that we experience from Sean Arshad The entire process. I sold my house and bought my house within a fairly short window and there was numerous complications along the way that Sean dealt with with professionalism, knowledge and a can-do attitude. He even took it on himself to get a final document that I needed for financing dealing with a bit of a precarious situation that I am forever in his gratitude for. I don't think we would have gotten our house if we hadn't gone with him and can't recommend him enough.

My husband and I have owned 5 homes, 2 of which have been through True North. The broker we dealt with this time - Jacky Cheong blew every other bank and broker out of the water. Instant email responses on holidays, after hours and weekends! No days of waiting to hear back from your traditional bank or credit union. Process was super fast which we appreciate and Jacky really knows his stuff. Highly recommend saving yourself the hassle, time, and money due to a higher rate. Just call True North first.

I just got a mortgage through True North Mortgage.
The broker I dealt with is Jaspreet Kaur. Fantastic!
I was going through a nightmare trying to renew with my previous bank and Jaspreet in two days had me a new mortgage plus extra cash with a major Canadian bank. Jaspreet kept me up to speed almost everyday and sometimes 2-3 times in a day. Even after closing she was in contact to make sure everything was going according to plan. Cant thank her enough. This is my second mortgage with True North and I highly recommend this company in particular Jaspreet Kaur

Rishi Patel makes the process very straightforward. He is always ready to answer questions, and explains everything very thoroughly. He has access to excellent rates and seeks the best deals for his clients. I was impressed with his advice. Above all he ensures that his clients are happy with their choice.

Manthan Patel was my mortgage advisor. He really help me with whole process and answered my all questions. Very responsive and helpful. Thank you Manthan

Jaspreet was wonderful to work with through multiple transactions. She was calm, professional, knowledgeable and insightful from beginning to end.

Joyce Lee is the most diligent, communicative professional we've ever worked with. We’re so grateful for the effort she puts in to keep us informed 24/7 and updated throughout the process of our mortgage needs and whenever we have concerns.

Thank you for your fantastic effort! :)
