May this year bring you happiness and peace. I hope all of you can achieve what you set out for.

Happy new year

The products we received are defective
I would say lousy customer service but I can’t even get a response from them!
So zero customer service.
I am just about to call my CC company and call this a fraud.

We love the style and look of these bowls! The magnetic base is amazing—especially with our energetic Black Lab puppy who loves to scarf down his food. The magnets keep the bowls firmly in place, and the puzzle bowl really helps slow his eating. Great design and very practical for high-energy pups.

Item has not yet arrived. Tracking still has it in New Jersey, I live in Arizona. I placed the order 6 days ago.

You didn't ship the full order and have not been responsive or made any effort to make the situation right. I would not recommend Trotpets to anyone.

It took almost a year and a half to get the color (olive) I wanted, in the size I needed, but the product was worth the wait. Great quality, and looks just as I imagined it would in my space.

I love the bowls. They are such an upgrade from what we had. Looks great too!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
TrotPets has excellent pet water and food bowls—very well made and thoughtfully designed. I also took advantage of their Black Friday deals, which were genuinely good and offered great value. Shipping was fast, and everything arrived quickly and well packaged. Overall, a great experience and a brand I would confidently recommend to other pet owners.

When my purchase arrived dented, it was easy to contact a customer service representative through their chat feature.

I sent a photo and a replacement is on its way to me.

Placed my order and then crickets….. Emailed a week later to ask if there was a shipping ETA. I did get a reply saying they would check with their warehouse. Then another week went by with no communication. I emailed again to ask if the products were available. No response this time. A few days later I got a shipping number. Still have not received product 3 weeks after the order date. Disappointing as a whole.

Love these bowls and my dog does as well!

I have not received the product as of yet; but, the experience with customer service has been great. My son bought one as well; and, it is a well made dog bowl for sure!

Excelent good excelent veri good

Everything is very accessible and intuitive.

I have several Trot Pets products and continue to go back to them because of their high quality! They are durable, well designed and very stylish.
The elevated bowl set is beautiful and I love that they are compatible with our new snack tray! I’m especially happy that they are magnetic. It’s so nice that they are machine washable, so we can sanitize them, too.
We recommend Trot Pets products to everyone!

Missing item from my order. Zero response to emails or instagram messages. No phone number to be found to call them.

Excellent customer support! The was an initial glitch leading to non-delivery. It was corrected immediately upon notification, not to mention a discount and free delivery given because of the error. Very impressed.

Easy purchase and delivery. I went w the bigger bowl set in yellow. For a puppy they are a bit big but he will grow into them. He wasn’t sure about the slow feeder so he had to figure that out which is good.

Love the design, functionality and style of our red and blue Trots, my dogs like it too))
